Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The front door opens out into the reception hall. To the left are the first two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is a shared bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, bath & shower. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes for storage. At the far end of the house, past the living area, is the doorway to the other two bedrooms. One twin room and the double master bedroom. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, double vanity unit, bath & a large walk in shower unit. The third bathroom is next to the twin room, and has a toilet, vanity unit and large walk-in shower. Again both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes for storage. The master bedroom also has patio doors which open out directly into the swimming pool area.
Living Area:
Continuing down the hall, we enter the great room. To the left is the formal dining area, with dining table & chairs and to the right is the fully equipped modern kitchen. At the far end of the kitchen is a breakfast nook, with breakfast table & chairs. Past the breakfast nook is the doorway to the utility room, complete with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. This room leads to the double garage.
Back in the main room, past the dining room, is the living area. With a comfortable 3 piece suite and television/entertainment centre. At the far end of the living area are the patio doors which open out onto the covered lanai.
Pool Area:
The swimming pool (which can be heated if required) is accessed by either the living room patio doors, or the master bedroom patio doors. It is a large curved pool 28ft by 15ft and is an ideal place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks! The pool is totally screened and has bushes planted all around for privacy. Beyond the screen, to the rear is a large lake and conservation area. Having no rear neighbours means a very private and secluded area for you to relax.
There are plenty of chairs & sun lounger’s provided for your comfort.
Golf:
The Orlando area has over 150 top class golf courses. There are golf courses to suit golfers of all abilities and have prices starting from as little as £20.00 per round (including golf buggy).
With the fabulous weather, golf can be played all year round, and the courses are immaculately presented with lush green grass, large white sand bunkers and 'unfortunately' deep blue lakes & streams. Within five minutes drive of the villa are two superb golf resorts. 'Champion's Gate' has two courses designed by Greg Norman and is home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. 'Reunion Resort' has three courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson & Arnold Palmer.
