The Palm Tree Villa is a home to feel as home. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 Master Bedroom with a King size bed, 2 Queen size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2x Twin beds and a pool bath. A modern furnished living and dining room, and an additional breakfast area. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer are also available, as well as a children bed and chair for our smaller guests. At each bath room you will find enough towels and as well a hair dryer.
Villa Palm Tree features High-speed Internet access (wifi), telephone (free local calls) and Sat TV (Dish Network) and five bikes to discover the Cape Coral area.Additional beach towels, several sun umbrellas, ice coolers and some beach toys for the kids are available too. The screened lanai invites you to relax as well as having a BBQ.

Location: Villa Palm Tree is located close to the Cape Harbour Marina, see pictures below. Cape Harbour offers waterfront dining, café, bars with live bands and boutiques. From here you can also start cruises into the Gulf of Mexico.
