Let me start by saying that Gill was a joy to work with,prompt responses to all questions etc,which is important when trying to find suitable accommodation.
The resort on which the property is based is perfect for those wanting to get to Disney as fast as possible as it is very close,we found it convenient for Downtown Disney/Disney Boardwalk/Watching the fireworks for free at the Floridia or visiting Celebration,it is not too far from the other parks or the airport either..It is a well-tended resort,in a gated community with clubhouse facilities and good pool areas.Gill`s place is on one of the best streets,big expanse of green out front so not overlooked with parking outside the door and the back faces south ensuring all day sunshine,it also faces a conservation area so apart from the raccoons,it is very private.
Having a washer/dryer is a boon,if only to dry off the wet pool towels and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything to do our own meals.There were plenty of towels and bedding so no need to wait around for things to get washed and dry to remake beds etc.
Even though for most of the time there were only the two of us,having the extra bedrooms was great,room to spread out and store items and the rooms are a decent size,for families.
A minor problem with the porch light was dealt with by the management almost as soon as I put down the`phone
If you are looking for a place to party the night away,then this is not for you,but if you want peace and tranquility after a hard day at the parks or in the hot tub then give this place a try,you will not regret it.It is also a very reasonably priced rental.
We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to our next visit.
