Additional information about rental rates

  • Long stay discounts are available: Stay 4 weeks for the price of 3! A reservation deposit of £200 ($300) is payable at the time of booking.
    Prices include the cost of all utilities and free local phone call, and high speed Internet access. the final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you stay less than 6 nights, an additional £50 ($90) surcharge is made for cleaning.
    Rental periods commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and end at 11am on the day of departure.
    All major Credit cards are accepted. (on which a 3.9% admin fee is payable).
  • Pool heating is available for a weekly charge of £85 ($150). This should be booked in advance so the heater can be switched on prior to you arrival. Advisable for stays from November to March.
    Deposits: A £200 ($300) security deposit will be required in advance of you arrival, and refunded within 28 days of departure.
  • Refunds: Longer than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only will be charged. Up to 8 weeks 50% of rental cost; Under 8 weeks 100% of rental cost will be charged.

Like all our guests we come to Florida for the variety of activities whether it is the sun, Disney, wildlife, golf, tranquillity or a mixture of it all. Golf: Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club has been ranked 51st in the Top 100 courses in America by Golfweek for the past seven years and there are presently 20,000 courses in the USA. In its short history, Southern Dunes has received numerous awards from the golf industry: Top 10 courses built in the past 10 years by Links Magazine, America's Best Top 40 Daily Fee Courses in America by Golf & Travel, Places to Play by Golf Digest. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club was opened in 1993 and was designed by golf course architect Steve Smyers. This dramatic hillside layout was built and is maintained to play fast and firm to enhance the bounce and roll of the ball. It encourages the use of slopes and contours to advance the ball toward the hole. Of course, playing the bump-and-run shots on uneven contours requires imagination and creativity. The rolling terrain, steep elevation, large-and-fast greens and massive high-lipped bunkers make Southern Dunes distinctively different.

This villa is everything you could possibly ask for in Florida - loads of room, a great pool area and lovely surrounding area within a gated community. We had a wonderful stay, so thank you to the owner Dave who was also very friendly. We received a very fast response to our initial enquiry and the booking procedure and checking in and out was extremely smooth too.

Good and Clean Property

Property was clean and quite well-maintained 1 toilet on second floor appeared to leak at base and no internet connection when we first arrived however response was quick and problem was solved previous renters must have lost splitter from phone line, the community features such as pool and tennis courts location and accesibility information was not readily available. Location of villa was close to I-4 thus very close to all attractions and shopping at International Drive.

We would like to thank you for the great stay we had in your villa. It was really a nice area, very calm. The resort ( and golf club) is also beautiful. The villa was so relaxing containing everything, and what was so adorable for my daughter was the fact that it had its private pool. We have really enjoyed it!

Had a very nice stay for a week in January 2008. Great location in a gated community. Very secure and comfortable surroundings. Spacious and an excellent place for a large family vacation.

good house with a good location

we were very satisfeid, with our stay in this perfekt house.
It was not dirty, even though the nice lady, whom arivde on our first day (sonday) tolde os that they haden had the time too klene before we arivde, she asked if they should clean on monday, we said too here, that it was not necessary.
The house location are in a quiet area, and ind good distance from the parks, orlando, and tampa bay.
And not too fare from cape kennydy.
The shopping centre are close, and some open 24 hour a day.
there are many eat places cloce bay.
