A newly built detached villa about a 6 iron to the first tee of this Championship Golf Course and within 5 minutes walk of the village centre with its restaurants and shops. The luxury villa is quietly situated with outstanding views at the rear. It has its own swimming pool and garden. With a purpose built BBQ and covered terrace, outside dining is a must. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. A washing machine and dryer are in a separate utility room. There is a fireplace in the lounge area. Comfortably furnished and with TV and broadband internet. Full linen provided. French/English speaking lady available for assistance 24 hours. Non-smoking. No children under 6. No pets.

The Domain de Golf de Pont Royal is situated close to the Luberon National Park about half way between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence, and 10 minutes from the Senas (junction 26) exit on the A7 motorway. 40 minutes from Marseille Province Airport and 30 minutes from Avignon TGV train station. The nearest town is Mallemort (route N7) about 6 or 7 minutes away with supermarket, shops and a local market.

The Luberon, the Alpilles, Aix-en-Provence and Avignon are some of the names conjuring up the magic of Provence with its inimitable colours and light immortalised by Cezanne and Monet. An area of outstanding beauty, rugged yet serene with its fragrance of lavender and thyme will provide an unforgettable experience.
