Photos and Description of the Rotonda West vacation villa rental 3 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS - SLEEPS 6 - WITH HEATED POOL

This is a luxury house built to high standards. There is a separate dining room as well as a nook - dining area leading from the kitchen. The kitchen has an American style fridge/freezer making crushed ice! All bedrooms have their own bathroom making our property ideal for families and three couples, having your own space! We back on to a canal and our pool area has a shower outside with sun loungers and a floodlit pool for those barbeque evenings - gas barbeque supplied. The house has excellent modern furnishings. We have 2 bikes in the garage.

Our Property is near Gasparilla Island and at ROTONDA, ENGLEWOOD 20 mins from Port Charlotte Shopping Mall, many Golf Courses nearby. Also Venice is 20 mins drive. We face south backing onto the canal. Sarasota is 30 minutes drive north. Dolphins and Manatee have been seen swimming in the sea and you can hire a boat at Englewood, landing on one of the many deserted beaches.

Golf: There are several golf courses within 5 mins away. We have tried them and they are great... Lemon Bay is wonderful in the afternoon for the sea breeze! Rotonda has several golf courses. Good afternoon rates including buggy and young people under 16 go free on some courses. We can pre-book for you

Gasparilla Island: Luxury.. Heaven... Spot the other people on the beach.... Small toll to go over bridge. Some small shops and people get around on golf buggies can be seen driving around. Spot the large lizards sunbathing along the road and beautiful large shells on the beach. Englewood beach short drive for the sunsets and nice walks or take the bikes (provided with our house).

Port Charlotte for shopping/FISHING @ Stump Pass: Large shopping mall, cinema and lots of eating places... only 20 minutes in the car.... Dennys for large breakfasts .... all day... pancakes with maple syrup! Stacks. Designer outlet centre worth a day out. Sarasota has beautiful white sand. FISHING @ Stump pass... Great time had by my husband and son. Fishing & Manatee watching... Not to mention the Herons!

Golf: Cheaper golf, buggies included. Iced water for drinking found on lots of holes. Recommend Lemon Bay. Several courses on the Rotonda. Friendly staff and lots of wildlife, watch out for alligators.

Other Activities: Boats can be hired in Englewood

Our wonderful Florida holiday home.....

We found this wonderful property when we were looking to have a break from the miserable winter cold we were having and decided to have a look on internet!
We found Annette's property in Englewood and decided to go for it!
We were delighted with what the house had to offer, its very comfortable , clean and the location was perfect!
The swimming pool is wonderful and certainly a plus!
The direction to get to the house were very good, the agent is effective.
What more can we say, we would love to stay at this beautyful house again on our next trip to Florida!
