Real Provencal villa in the heart of French Provence region of the Var. The villa has a large « scented » garden with olive trees, linden trees, mimosa trees, birch trees, cedar trees, pine trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, oleander lilac and rose bushes. The villa is situated 35 kilometers from the town of Aix en Provence and Marseille ? 20 kilometers from the town of Cassis. There is an 18 hole golf course 8 kilometers away. The patio and terrace are decorated with furniture and earthenware pottery and there is a built in barbeque. The swimming pool is 13 x 5.5 meters. It has all safety features and steps. Shallow end is 1.20meters and deep end is 2.6meters deep. There is a large bright fully equipped kitchen that leads onto a 64 square meter terrace. The living room has a real fire place, wooden beams on the ceiling and traditional earthenware floors. The bathroom has a right angle bath with double hand basins and toilet.
