The condominium is part of a nine-storey, beachfront resort and spa complex in the greater Ft Lauderdale area which was opened in 2002 for those interested in a healthy relaxing vacation. The complex has a 24hr front desk to facilitate arrivals, lobby, fitness center, spa salon, rooftop walking track, dining room and restaurant. There are two elevators to each floor. There is a poolside restaurant. Guests staying at the unit can use resort amenities. There are two outdoor heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is an office with computer and internet access for guests. There is direct access to the ocean from the complex with several outdoor cabanas on the beach reserved for the guests. Golf: There are several top class golf courses 20 minutes away, some within 10 minutes or resort. More information is available on request.

Notes: The recently refurbished condominium is located on the 7th floor near the front of the complex. The large living room and bedroom unit has a private balcony and a south and ocean view to the east. The unit has a queen sized bed, sofa, chair, nightstand, closet space and safe. There is a kitchenette area with table, small countertop, sink, microwave and fridge. Cutlery and tableware for four are included. The bathroom has a shower and tub, washer and dryer. Towels and linens are provided. The main unit is connected to a guest suite which has two queen size beds, writing desk, night stand, its own bathroom and private balcony.

The stay could also be combined with a cruise leaving from Ft Lauderdale. You may like to relax for a few days and then rent a car locally. highly recommended you and your condo to friend that live in the area that
would share your information with other folks as they travel to the area.
Everything worked out perfectly and our family had a terrific vacation.
Attached is a collection of pictures I put together of my husband and son's

::::April 2007. We had a wonderful week in your condo. Everything was as advertised
and we were very comfortable, no surprises. I want to say thanks for
allowing us to rent this wonderful place. We did find a couple of items
missing and a couple of glasses were cracked but the front desk took care of
needs right away. The service in the hotel is excellent. Everyone was very
friendly and accommodating. Thanks again for renting us this wonderful condo

Beautiful Rental

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It is kept in immaculate condition. We used it for a few days before going to Ft Lauderdale for a meeting and could not have found a hotel on the beach as nice as this. Is a great get away.

Wow! All the pictures and descriptions are true to life! This property is perfect if you want to relax, be free of the world around you, have some downtime to yourself, even some private relaxation spots to just enjoy the view of the surf and horizon on the two verandas. The pillows and beds are to die for! With two spacious bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a mini kitchen, and plenty of storage space this condo makes traveling effortless. The front desk is exceptional! We loved the cabanas on the beach and the large, quiet oceanfront location. Not being pool people, we did notice though that it was well attended, the water was warm and the supply of towels was endless. We loved the access to the fitness center that had ample equipment and was never crowded. Having two tikki bars on either side of the resort provided great spots for food and entertainment without having to use the car. We would highly recommend this property. You will also be delighted with the attentiveness of the owner.

The two-room (sleeps 6) condo was great. Clean, well accommodated, and nicely decorated. Two full baths a plus. Building staff were informative and attentive. Valet parking was convenient. Pool area private with direct, private beach access. Restaurant and bar on site with good food. Spa services were also professionally designed and delivered. Car recommended for site seeing, other restuarants, night life, and shopping. Great fresco dining with ocean views within short driving distance. Condo owner was easy to contact and was prompt and precise with communications and payment transactions.

Great location and view. Unit was immaculate and very nicely furnished.Very comfortable pillow-top mattresses and bedding. Great stretch of beach with cabanas,umbrellas,and comfortable beach chairs.Very convenient location with close proximity to great restaurants in Boca,Ft Lauderdale,etc. All in all a great value and I look forward to returning.
