Spacious beach house, ceramic on the floor, walls all around, equipped with bed linen, towels, tablecloth for up to 8 people, TV, stereo, DVD, refrigerator, freezer, stove, electric oven, hammocks, ceiling fans. Only 50 meters from the beach, on the main street, excellent location, next to the city center. There is a wonderful garden with coconut palms, swimming pool, deck, barbecue, 3 suites, terrace in L, living room and dining room, kitchen, larder, utility room, guest WC, WC by the pool and parking places.
Nearest Beach : beach at 50 Metres
Car: recommended

The house is located in the northern of the State, in a not explored beach with shallow water, calm and warm, many green areas, coconut palms, trails where you can go hiking, ride a bike or ride horses. It´s next to bakery, supermarket, fish store and to the church. There is also a bar/restaurant which serves excellent lunch options.
