The quaint village located on the coast of the reserve Anaga and at the end of a road that leads from the most beautiful beach of Tenerife, Playa de las Teresitas. Within the town you are moving only footpaths. Divided by a ravine with a predominantly evergreen mango and banana additions to the village runs to the pebbly beach. Here you have the feeling that the time is still stopped. Protected by the Anaga Mountains and the south-east orientation, a microclimate is that more corresponds to the south of the island. You can walk directly from here in a northerly direction into the Anaga mountains or in an easterly direction to Playa de Antequera. Basically, the Anaga Mountains applies with countless tours as Highligt for hikers on the island. Due to the different waters, located about 10 minutes walk a lonely Naturstrad fine sand, sheltered by a bay developed from the house. Just 3 km away is the nudist beach "Las Gaviotas" and 6 km away is the fishing village of San Andrés, with the famous küstlichen palm beach "Teresitas". The contrast is the nearby capital of Santa Cruz with a diverse cultural offerings and the many shopping opportunities.
