While this condo is spacious and in a good location, some of the pictures and information are out of date or deceptive. The pictures of beach and pool were not taken from the balcony of this condo. This one overlooks the Beach Cottages pool deck on the other side of the building. There is wifi in the condo, but it apparently didn't work. We were sometimes able to pick up wifi from other condos. Bed in master does not appear to be new as it sags. Master bath does not have a door that closes, but rather partial cafe or saloon doors that swing. Second bath (not pictured) is small with shower only.There was mold in shower as well as around fridge. Icemaker in fridge does not work. Check out was listed as 10, but maid came at 9, even though next tenant wasn't arriving until a week later.
On the positive side, the living room and balcony have a good view of the beach (just noisy from pool). There is an assigned covered parking space near the elevator. Living room has a large flat screen TV and other electronics. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had plenty of clean towels.
Overall, for the price, I would recommend looking for a place with more updating and a more direct view of the gulf and less noise.
