This apartment was a perfect fit for our visit to Munich. The Sendlinger Tor U-Bahn and Tram station is visible from the apartment window and only a few meters away. We stayed with our three kids (6,4,1) and had no trouble walking to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz from the apartment during the winter without using public transportation. The neighborhood is very nice and very safe. The walk to the main squares was full of fun and interesting shops.

The living room was comfortable and a reasonable size. The description says there is only one bathroom, but there are 1.5 bathrooms - there is a full bath and then an additional half bath with toilet and sink as well. The shower in the bathroom was a little small, but heavenly! The water pressure and temperature were better than any hotel I've stayed in. There is a separate bathtub (if that's important to you) and the towel heater did an excellent job of warming and drying our towels.

The beds are very comfortable. One is queen size and the other two are twin beds. There was a crib for our baby in the room with the queen bed. I believe the coach may have been a pull-out sofa as well, but we never used it. The washing machine was nice and convenient. No dryer, but the apartment did have a drying rack to hang your clothes and our clothes dried overnight.

The apartment seemed very modern and incredibly clean. There is cable t.v. and internet that worked very well for us. We didn't do any cooking, and the kitchen had enough plates, glasses, and utensils for the little eating we did there.

The only cons: the room with the queen bed and crib are on the street side. There was some noise if you listen for it in the evenings, but it didn't disturb our sleep. Traffic in front of the apartment was normal during the day, but fairly light in the evening and that didn't bother us. The room with the twins bed is on the back side of the apartment and totally silent. Other than that, this apartment was beautiful, the owner was very good to wait for us, and if we ever go back to Munich, we would definitely return here. You won't be disappointed!
