Rental Rates for this vacation chateau / country house rental in Caldana, Italy

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• The price is valid for 2 people, each additional person costs € 50, - per week. 1 child up to 8 Age lives free.
  
  In the rental stream, water from the well, firewood and cooking gas are included.
  
  Should you require additional to the stove and the stove in the living room, the gas central heating, the consumption is charged depending on the price of gas now.
  
  The cost of cleaning the house is € 55, -
  
  The house may be occupied only by the persons stated in the application.
  
  Pets are welcome to Rüchsprache and no additional costs, provided they rest not in the beds still on the sofa, or cause any damage!
  
  You pay a deposit of € 100, -. If you cause damage, please get in touch with us. If, after your departure, everything is in order, you will be refunded the deposit upon return of the key to us quickly!
• The arrival and departure is preferably on Saturday. Arrival from 16:00 clock. Departure to clock 10:00.
  
  Outside the peak season can also be negotiated on an individual stay!
  
  If you spend more than 2 weeks of vacation in our house, the rental price reduced from the 3rd Holiday week for € 40, - per week for 2 people. For occupancy of the house with more than 2 people € 40, - will be deducted from the amount per week.
  
  Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be booked separately as needed like.
  
  The linen package includes
  
  4 towels
  2 tea towels
  2 Sheets 135/200 + 2 pillow cases 80/80 - new, only premium bedding!
  2 fitted sheets 100/200
  
  The contents of the packet can be changed individually. Beach towels, bath towels, ect. , Talk to me!
  
  
  For this range of very good quality we charge € 10, -
• Free, you can use the vegetable and herb garden that we have for holiday guests and created us.
  
  Preferably, we grow tomatoes, zucchini and several varieties of lettuce, of course, under biological conditions.
  Furthermore, our girlfriend, Rita B. on low-cost, hand-picked, organic olive oil and eggs from happy chickens.
  She is always in C. Bomberto representations so that holidaymakers can buy directly from her!
