Two separate bedrooms (each with double bed) and a large, lovingly furnished kitchen-living area provide opportunities for individuality and togetherness. The bathroom has 2 windows and is equipped with bath and shower and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern technology. You will find plenty of cutlery, crockery, spices and other kitchen utensils; Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave are available, iron and hair dryer also. There is a large balcony, from where you have direct exit to the beautiful garden adjoins the kitchen. On cold days, the kitchen-living room cozy and spacious residence for eating, playing, digital TV, reading, music (CD / DVD) is heard. Information material for vacation ideas is abundant.

A great advantage of this apartment is the comfortable furnished excellent infra-structure of the district Dresden-chasing. You have bus and tram and train transport links take you there comfortably without a car. The district chasing provides at least 5 restaurants (Greek, Asian, Home cooking, Italian, Other), which can be reached within 10 minutes walk and opened all the shopping (buying hall on Saturday to 20 clock, pharmacy, drugstore, Pfennigpfeiffer, savings , clothing, shoes, shoe repair, hairdressing, cosmetics ...).

Also only 10 minutes away is a bike shop where you can also rent bikes.

Especially in the summer months offer terrace and garden especially in the evening when you return to strenuous day trip, wonderful relaxation.

VACATION RENTALS on Kaitzbach (Object.-No: 2015879)

Also available is a very nice holiday home in the same idyllic village location (old town center on chasing Kaitzbach) for rent. There is a detached house, Bj. 2003 106 m². The plot is approximately 500 sqm with garden, terrace and barbecue. The house was modern and well appointed. On the ground floor are kitchen, living room and guest toilet and utility room with washer and dryer. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. The location is beautiful. Bakers, department store, bank, drug store, pharmacy, bookstore, shoe store, toy store ... and other shops, sauna, bike rental, restaurants, Strehlener church, holding bachelor public transport are within walking distance in about 5-7 minutes. And yet you live in a quiet area on a 'little old village street' at Kaitzbach. The apartment is suitable for couples and families.

Weihnachten in Dresden

Wir haben uns über die Feiertage in Dresden sehr wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt weil wir uns als Domizil diese tolle Wohnung ausgesucht haben. Die Reservierung war schon problemlos und mit nettem e-Mail Kontakt verbunden, und genauso sympathisch ist die Vermieterin der Wohnung dann bei Schlüsselübergabe gewesen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet!!

Das große Bad kann man auch unproblematisch mit zwei Personen gleichzeitig benutzen ohne sich auf den Füßen zu stehen, was ganz gut ist wenn man mit mehreren Leuten unterwegs ist.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Straßenbahn Haltestation fast direkt vorm Haus macht das Nutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel einfach und ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wenn wir nochmal (wie geplant) nach Dresden fahren, wissen wir wo wir wohnen ;-))

Kleiner Tipp für Reisende die das nächste Weihnachtsfest in Dresden planen:

Heiligabend morgens den Striezelmarkt besuchen! Super entspannt weil keine Tagestouris da sind und die Einheimischen andere Sachen zu erledigen haben :-)

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage im schönen Dresden verbracht. Die modern eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung liegt im Stadtteil Strehlen, schnell ist man mit Bus und Bahn in der Altstadt oder im gemütlichen Kneipenviertel in der Neustadt. Aber auch im Umkreis der Wohnung findet man ein reichhaltiges Angebot in Sachen Essen und Trinken. Im Garten kann man sehr schön in der Abendsonne entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und deshalb unser Fazit: wir kommen wieder!

Jederzeit und gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Straßenbahnanbindung in die historische Altstadt in 50 m Entfernung (Fahrzeit 20 Min.). Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Restaurants, Bäcker und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung liegt viel Info-Material über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die Stadt, Museen usw. aus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und es war einfach nur super. Bei unserem nächsten Dresdenbesuch werden wir bestimmt wieder versuchen diese Wohnung zu mieten.

The apartment is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the south of Dresden. To the Wasaplatz you will find a small walk (5-10 min) accessible community center with restaurants, shops, bakeries and service providers. The transport links to the historic city center with Frauenkirche, Brühl's Terrace, kennel, theaters and museums, or the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt is ideal. You can easily reach the S-Bahn at the popular hiking and climbing friends Saxon Switzerland, or the city of Meissen with the Schlossberg and the porcelain factory. Not just for kids such is recommended. As the miniature railway in the Great Garden, Zoo with its beautiful plants, the Hygiene Museum, the Arnholdbad or a boat trip and many year-round cultural and recreational offerings. If you are planning a day trip to Prague, Berlin and Leipzig, are you with the car quickly on the highway. At least once, you should walk through the Gardens (4 km) walk to the center.
