Our house 'Villa Blue Flamingo' has been built in 2003 and newly renovated and refurbished in 2010, with a lovely decoration. The pool has been newly built in 2010 with a large sunbathing area (southern location), where you can marvellously relax from the everyday routine. Very central location and still quiet in a nice residential area. The house comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for maximal 6 persons.

TV, mobile telephone, Wifi DSL internet access available. Complete kitchen with cooker, microwave etc.

Bed linen, hand and bathroom towels are also included.

Short distances to restaurants and daily shopping - in all directions.

You reach the Sun-Splash-Water park within only 5 minutes by car, and to the fine, white sandy beach of Fort Myers Beach it will only take you 20 minutes by car.

Nearest Motorway : I 75 at 19 Miles
Nearest Beach : Cape Coral at 5 Miles

Cape Coral is located on the pretty Western coast of Florida. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers. Only 35 minutes by car to CC. Close to Cape Coral you find the prettiest beaches (Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island etc.), and there are more than 50 golf courses! Also in CC there is a small and pretty beach close to the marina.

You also find countless water canals (fresh or salty water), where boat trips are a magnificent experience.

To the fun parks in Orlando it will take you between 2 and 3 hours, to Tampa/Busch Gardens only 1- 2 hours. Additionally, there are numerous shopping facilities. We also recommend the Miromar Outlet centre in Ft. Myers/ I 75.

Notes

  • Plus 11 % tax. The rental rate is for 2 persons. Each additional person will be charged with $50/week, children up to 10 years are free/up to 16 years $25/week.
    Christmas and Easter require a minimal renting period of 14 days - supplement 15% (2 weeks will therefore be $1.150 for 2 persons).

    Support through the German/English spoken property management. Final cleaning - payable on site to the property management, $130. Electricity usage: the rental rate includes $25.--/week, otherwise $0.12 if more is used.
    Deposit: €300.
  • Water is included.

    The swimming pool is heated electrically.

I stayed in this property for 8 nights in Oct'10. The owner was very accommodating (booking our visit 24 hrs in advance) and assisting us when we wanted to stay an additional night at the end of our stay.
The house is in a lovely quiet community in Cape Coral close to shops and restaurants (with the local sheriff living opposite!) It is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed from a rental property without all the annoying signs and warnings stuck to the walls and appliances that I usually get in rental properties!!
I would stay again and most defiantly didn’t want to come home!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
