Family friendly cottage in a quiet side street, 2002 built, renovated in 2009, the house sits on a 950 sqm and comprises approximately 150 square meters, fully furnished and decorated, exceptionally large lanai with heated pool and whirlpool, a completely private garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, high-speed internet included free, cable TV, telephone, terrace furniture, sunbeds, garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, grill, towels, bath towels, bed linen, cutlery, plates, cups, pots. In the garage there are bicycles and canoes ready at leisure. Canoes can be used on fresh water channel is about 50m from the house. Shopping for daily needs can be handled at the nearby supermarket. The famous Pine Iceland + Matlacha can be reached in about 5 minutes by car,
