Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • All prices are subject to a one-time consumption and administration fee of 15 €. That all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, etc. are included in the amount of a normal household average. About the average household consumption expenses beyond the end of the stay will be charged separately. In addition, € 30 qualify for the final cleaning (obligatory), 7 € per person per week with weekly change of linen (only on request, can also bring your own, please specify when booking) as well as upon arrival on site in cash to be paid and fully refundable security deposit of 150 €. Special requests such as pets (2.50 € / day), Cots (2,50 € / day) and high chairs (1,80 € / day) are also calculated separately.
  • Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, minimum duration of 1 week, July / August 2 weeks (on request at no extra cost besides the fixed arrival and departure dates, shorter length of stay for a reasonable default
