We are located on the Gold Coast of Old Town Park City with unrivaled access to skiing, hiking, biking and Park City Main Street. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
Our home is just across the street to residential mountain access to Park City Mountain's Quit'N Time ski run and only city steps to the very middle of Park City Main Street. It doesn't get any better than our convenient and sought after location.
Our home was a Miner's home originally built around 1875. The historically correct, award winning ground up rebuild of the home was completed in 2004. The result is a luxurious home with all of the finest finishes and a touch of historic charm. We know you will love it.
We have two self-contained homes in our property - GELANDE and TELEMARK - each home on one 1600 sq. foot level of living space - no multiple levels with multiple stairs like many homes in Old Town.
GELANDE has three bedrooms with queen beds.
TELEMARK has three bedrooms, two with queens and one with two sets of twin bunk beds.
Both homes have two luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, comfy beds with high thread count sheets, HD TV with full cable and DVR, free wifi, free long distance phone (US ONLY), full laundry room, two gas fireplaces (one in master), radiant floor heat (warm toes), snow-melted off street parking, 2 private hot tubs, jetted tub in master baths and much more.

GELANDE can comfortably sleep six to eight people. TELEMARK comfortably sleeps eight people.

The city stairwell is at the property's front door. Just down the city steps lands you right in the heart of Main Street Park City. Even though parking is a coveted benefit in Park City, our property provides six off-street parking spots, on a heated parking pad. No need to drive since all of the action is within a very short walking distance.

Mike was/is a ski bum that came to Utah for a winter and never left.
Max came to Utah for work and for the beautiful mountains and recreation opportunities.

This house is amazing - we really enjoyed our stay. Everything about the place from the location to the decor to the new / trendy appliances made us love the house. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful - they provided a lot of towels / sheets / cooking materials and anything we asked for. 0 complaints - would stay here again 100%!
Just had a great 5 night ski vacation with my 2 sons and grandson at this very comfortable & ideally suited Park City condo, which is in the center of all the restaurants & walkable to the ski lifts.
We were a family of 6 and had a great time in PC and the house. The house was exactly as it is described and made for a great place to stay. The street was quiet and the hot tub was a great way to finish a long day of skiing. As for a bit more description on the location and how it is to ski in ski out and get around town. The house is two blocks up hill from Main Street so you don't have to live in the busy area of Main Street but you do have a pretty steep walk up hill from most places. If you are bringing your own equipment for skiing, this is a good spot for ski in ski out but there is a walk to access the slopes. It is not out the back door. Just down the street on Woodside and up some stairs to get started. The way home is via quit tin' time run. It is a blue run but could be trouble if the conditions are not good.
All in all, a great spot with a nice balance of being close to the action but not right in it.
We were a group of 6 friends (around age 30) from across US skiing in Park City. The house was fabulous, and the owners were extremely helpful. Rooms were exactly as advertised, the kitchen was a great place for cooking and organizing meals, hot tub was fantastic (if not cozy), and being a 2 minute walk to Main Street made it easy to not have a car... especially for our two friends who were not skiing. Just get a lot of groceries on the way.
A few things to keep in mind: the two separate units do have thin floors. Apparently we were playing music a bit too loud at 10 on a Saturday, and the upstairs neighbors came down and let us know. (Good thing they were also singles, or it might have been awkward.) Also, the ski-in/ski-out on Quit 'n' Time run is about a 200 foot walk uphill (with stairs), and the run was very "crunchy" this season. Still totally worth it, but plan for a little extra energy required at beginning and end of day.
Accomodations and location as described. Very comfortable, clean, well maintained home. Highly recommended! We will most definitely return.
This Park City condo is in a perfect location within walking distance to everything (except grocery store). The property is beautifully equipped, very nicely furnished, and we really appreciated the fine appliances and all the "extras" provided during our vacation. Park City is an awesome vacation destination, and Mike was an attentive property owner. We loved everything about our visit during the Christmas holiday, and it was truly a special time for our family. Thank you, and hope to see you again!
My husband ,daughter and I had a great stay over the thanksgiving week! Gelande was a perfect place for us....close to all the great restaurants on Main Street. The chalet was cozy and just as billed! The owner and property manager were very personable and helpful. Unfortunately there was no snow...but, we'll just have to make a return trip! Close to everything! Enjoy your stay!!
