We rent 3 apartments, photos 1-8 show our apartment 'Max', photos 9-18 our apartment 'Sina' (suitable for allergy sufferers, those with walking difficulties due appropriate), the photos 20-24 Our House 'Tom'.

Since I can only enter the features of an apartment here will be described later in the advert our apartment 'Max'. For detailed information on the other two apartments contact us please briefly, you will immediately be emailed for your stay by email photos, description, features and the exact price.

Our apartment 'Max' is very suitable for 4 - 6 people.

The living room has a cozy seating area, satellite TV (now different from the pictures with a flat-screen TV!), Radio, CD player, Internet (WiFi).

The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, mixer etc.

The cozy dining area invites you to linger even after the meal.

A high chair and extra children's crockery, cutlery and bibs children are often provided.

The separate bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a second TV equipped.

An extra single bed and a cot can be placed.

A second Double click the large living room.

It is visually separated by a curtain from the sofa group.

The plumbing is divided into bath + separate toilet, both are just completely renovated (tiles, shower tray, sink ... reinstalled everything, even here, the photos show Unfortunately the 'old' bathrooms, but you can be sure: The new bathrooms have been appealing and nicely decorated!).

The apartment has a lovely private terrace with forest views.

Bus and rail links: reach Bergisch Gladbach, Leverkusen and Cologne city center, but also the Cologne trade fair of us from easily accessible by bus and train, the car you can leave the quiet.

Bus connection every 10 minutes, bus stop just a 6-minute walk away.

Hotel has a free parking space for each apartment is available outside the house.

All three apartments are very quiet in enem purely residential area with predominantly single-family houses.

Yet is very central. In a few minutes you are in the middle of the city center, the bus runs every 10 minutes.

The district Schildgen is a preferred residential area, all Verso approximate local amenities at walking distance from Aldi, Netto, several bakeries, Edeka, weekly market on Fridays, Restaurantes, cafes, a great ice cream parlor, doctors, hairdressers ....

Also in the Cologne or Leverkusen city center is a car less than 15 minutes, either there are also very good bus and Staßenbahnanbindung in both cities.

Despite this central location you live here 'green' with a view of the garden and the adjacent forest.

Birdsong all Taglang on the balcony or terrace - beautiful.

In a few minutes the heart of Cologne city center, trip to Bonn, Dusseldorf or Leverkusen, whether a visit Phantasialand Brühl or hiking in our beautiful country - you achieve all of these goals from here easily accessible by car, but also by bus or train.

Our location combines the opportunity to explore the city with all its attractions while staying in a 'green' and very quiet and also to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Bergisch Land perfectly.

Leisure opportunities :: find leisure activities for all ages and all tastes in the area.

Upon booking, you will get extensive information on all possible destinations: museums, outdoor museums, amusement parks, zoos and animal parks, castles, caves, climbing parks, go-cart track, play areas, farms, holiday farms, pools, lakes, sauna, water skiing, mini golf, golf, theater and puppet theater, indoor playhouse, archaeological sites, Romanesque cherries ....... I can not list them all, but you can expect: Here everyone will be something for (almost)!

Also hiking maps and books are available.

Every day can be a new adventure for the kids:

Whether high ropes course, Phantasialand, zoo, Michael Schumacher kart track, exploring a medieval castle or a cave, water park, cinema, indoor play park, corn maze, stagecoach ride, monkey and bird park, milk trail, fairy tale forest or curiosities museum - there is NEVER boring.

Very nice apartment

We stayed in Apartment Sina during Carnival and found there was plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. The apartment is very pleasantly furnished and the owners are very friendly and helpful. A good supermarket and two restaurants are a short walk away. For Cologne there's easy parking near the station in Bergisch Gladbach. Unfortunately the weather was grey and drizzly for our whole stay, which discouraged outdoor activities, but there's plenty to see and do nearby, in addition to Cologne. Highly recommended.

Five star stay in a five star apartment!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment over the Christmas break. It is well equipped with all the amenities required for a self-catering apartment and the owners have not skimped on quality of the items either. There is plenty of information in the apartment about the tourist attractions in the area and how to move around, and the owners are more than happy to provide more information, if required.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Cologne but still wants to go 'home to' peace and quiet every night or to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely part of Germany with plenty of walkways and nature.

Nice apartment

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, the patio area was small but perfectly adequate and caught the sun in the afternoon and late evening. The location is ok being situated in a nice quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of local shops. The Irish Pub serves good value food and the owner is friendly and is a useful source of local information. Transport links too Bergish Gladbach and Cologne were good. It is also close to beautiful countryside. The owners speak English and were friendly and very helpfull

Highly recommended!!!!!

We were there for business, so we didn't get much of a chance to check out the neighborhood. But the location was perfect. It was easy to find and in a peaceful family neighborhood. We had our own entrance and a place to park the car off the street. The family is very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They had the answers to any questions we had. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well equipped. the beds were fantastic.......we slept like babies.

We would definitely stay there again.

Ferienwohnung vom Feinsten

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zu Gast! Sehr nette Vermieterin und alles genauso ist wie beschrieben und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten reichlich Platz, alles war sauber und gemütlich.

Bei Abreise teilen wir der Vermieterin mit, das nur die Thermokanne nicht mehr sehr dicht sei, der Kaffee darin nicht sehr lange warm bliebe.

Zwei Tage danach erhielten wir eine E-Mail, in der sich die Vermieterin sehr nett erkundigte, ob wir gut nach Hause gekommen seien und das bereits eine neue Thermokanne besorgt worden sei – ist das nicht ein Service!?!

Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren schon öfters mal in Köln, haben uns aber noch nie so sehr willkommen gefühlt wie in dieser Wohnung.

Es ist an so vieles gedacht worden! So viele Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen.

Alle kleinen Infos, wie Restauranttipps, Busfahrpläne, Ausflugtipps, Taxitelefonnummern, Info über die Stadt Köln und über Bergisch Gladbach, eine handgefertigte Karte, in der die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eingezeichnet sind…., hier hat man sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, all das, was man sich als Urlauber sonst immer erst so lange zusammensucht, bis der Urlaub dann schon fast vorbei ist, bereits fertig zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

"Herzlich willkommen“ – das kann man hier echt wörtlich nehmen!!

Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung.Sie ist top ausgestattet,es fehlt an nichts.Die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen.Die Vermieter sind äusserst nett und unkompliziert.Sie haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung in ansprechender Weise zu präsentieren.So dass man den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniesen kann.Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und dieses Feriendomizil auch unter unseren Freunden und der Famile weiterempfehlen.

Our district is located in the so-called 'green belt' of Cologne.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility of a purely residential area (one- and two-family homes) connected to a yet very central location.

You can reach the cities of Cologne (of course, the Köln Messe), Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach in just a few minutes, but also easily accessible by public transport.

Numerous attractions are located in the area - culture, history, games, sports, fun, hiking, shopping, etc. - Everything is possible.

You will receive extensive information on many, many destinations, there's something for every taste and age something. Also, especially for families with children - every day is a new adventure! :-)

Shops for daily needs (bakery, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, pharmacy, etc), Restaurantes, cafes, pubs etc are within walking distance.

As the bus stop is just a few minutes away, you can leave on vacation and the car if you want.

We have by the way NO PARKING SEARCH! The holiday home has a private parking lot in front of the house.

Despite this central location you look from the apartment directly into the countryside, into the garden and the adjacent forest.

Our second Apartment, apartment 'Sina', by the way also requires suitable for disabled people:

It is located on the ground floor, except two input stages are no stairs to deal with. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users and not classified as accessible, yet we often have people with mobility difficulties to guest looking for a ground floor apartment at the input but can manage 2 steps.
