Situated in the prime of Praia Grande, the first court, standing virtually on the sand (60 meters from the gate of the house from the beach to the promenade), with the corner grocery store and bakery and ice cream shop, restaurant, pharmacy and commerce in general around (2 to 4 blocks). You only need to get the car to go to the mall, Boxes, Banks, Restaurants, Bars, etc. the night at Av Itaguá Point (3 km) or the Center / Aquarium and Supermarkets (4km).
