This simple but charming holiday house offers one of the most spectacular views of the bay of Pantano Do Sul, in the south of Florianopolis Island.

The property has an open plan sitting room, dining and kitchen area with French doors overlooking the bay.

The kitchen is basic but fully equipped.

Pantano do Sul beach is one of the few character-rich fishing villages of the island that still remains relatively unchanged.

There are fish restaurants galore and bars to choose from and a choice of supermarkets too.

All in all,this house, in this location offers a great option to backpackers or a budget family holiday.

The house is positioned on a costal path 100 meters away from the sandy beach and village. If you don't fancy the walk, climb on to the rocks in front of the house and swim to shore.

The calm waters in front of the house offer ideal conditions for snorkeling and fishing and if you?re lucky you might just see dolphins.

The house has its own little decked area in front of the house, under the shade of a tree, with a picnic table which is great for breakfast/evening meals or drinks.
