It offers a modern house with a homely, friendly atmosphere and quality equipment. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with double bed. Furthermore, lie at the bottom of a full bathroom, guest toilet, fitted modern kitchen and a beautiful and unique, spacious living room with a great fireplace. The living area leads in the beautiful big garden. The attractive dining room adjoins the kitchen and is perfect for leisurely meals. From the kitchen a glass door leading onto the covered terrace. The high-quality offers an outstanding dining place. In subsequent chill out - with a range rattan furniture you can really let your mind wander. This floor also houses two state-appointed bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi. The second is a double room with en-suite bathroom. The large pool invites you to swim, the garden to run around.

The property is beautifully Alba Rico cross the countryside near the small village of Cas Concos typical Mallorcan. Here you can enjoy peace and solitude in the middle of almond trees and other Mediterranean plants. Your name, the estate of the property located on the apricot tree (cross Rico Alba), the sweet summer wearing this wonderful fruit. In 5 minutes you reach the village of Cas Concos with shops, nice bars and good restaurants. Even the famous resort of Cala D'or with its fashionable marina and all the desirable amenities can be reached in just 10 minutes. The market town of Santanyi and Felanitx are 8 km away. Located on the beautiful white sandy beach of 'Es Trenc is located around 20 minutes. The capital, Palma, really worth a visit is approximately 1 hour.
