Palm Harbour is located about 30 minutes northwest of Tampa and the condominium is reachable by car from Tampa International airport.

The community 'Sherwood Lakes' lies in a quiet neighborhood near Palm Harbor close to Old 19. Nearby is the Wall Springs Park, ideal for children, for walking or relaxing.

It makes sense to take a walk in the evenings just few minutes away from the 'Crystal Beach' where you can experience an unforgettable sunset every day at the pier.

There is a supermarket very nearby. You can also reach some restaurants by walk. All other shops for purchasing as well as restaurants and shopping center are found only few kilometers away at the US 19.

In 20 minutes you can reach Clearwater Beach in the south with its popular sandy beaches and 20 minutes further you will be in St. Petersburg.

Much more beautiful, fairly wonderful golf courses are there near your community. The famous course 'Innisbrook' is just few minutes away which is played on in the current PGA Tour of professionals.
