Facing the sea and perfectly located on Cannes' famous boulevard de la Croisette, near the exclusive Hotel Martinez, our luxury apartment has everything for a perfect holiday. It is also ideal for conference delegates with LCD televisions in every room, and internet access. Open the large sliding doors of the modern and elegant living room and you are in the 75 m² decked garden with its sented Mediterranean herbs, its palm tree, spa, garden furniture and barbecue. The garden becomes part of the living room. It is THE perfect place for entertaining your friends or colleagues. THE SPA IS HEATED FROM APRIL TILL END OF OCTOBER. In the apartment both the double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom are en suite, with electric shutters. The sunny living room with its fully equipped american kitchen allows ample space for entertaining. All rooms are air-conditioned offering a relaxing alternative to 5* hotels.

One of the most famous Boulevards in the world and lined by elegant 5 star hotels, our apartment Le Saint Laurent overlooking La Croisette is the perfect Cote d'Azur location. The private garden overlooks the beach beyond which lies the Mediterranee . The splendid Hotel Martinez is a mere 4 blocks away. Everything that Cannes has to offer is on your doorstep. Restaurants, designer shops on La Croisette, boutiques in the Rue d'Antibes. In the evening why not join those promenading on the beautifully lit Croisette. At night Cannes comes to life in a hundred ways : music at the Palais, casinos, nightclubs and in summer in the old town of the Suquet. The train is very convenient to go and visit many beautiful old villages or towns like Mougins, Eze, Monaco or Saint Tropez. However should you wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking, one month before your stay, in the parking La Croisette (next to PORT CANTO, 100m away from the apartment) on line@www.interparking-france.com

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, FILM FESTVAL, MIPCOM and TAX FREE events the rental rates are different, please contact Josette +33 615821320

    During the high season, rental week starts from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 14.00h to 18.00h and departure no later than 10.00h.

    THE RATES ARE INCLUSIVE of bedlinen, bath and hand towels, electricity and gas, air conditioning warm and cool, wireless internet, use of the jaccuzzi from April to May and the final 4h cleaning.

    A non-refundable 25% of the rent is payable on booking by bank transfer (SWIFT) or French or British cheque, the balance to be paid six weeks before your arrival at the apartment .
    In addition, a refundable security deposit of 500€ is required with your final payment. This will be returned once the apartment has been checked provided the apartment is returned in good order, without breakages.
  • Extra bedlinen and towels can be requested : 20€ per person to be paid directly to Maryline, the lady in charge. You can ask her for some cleaning during your stay at 15€ per hour, which you will pay directly to her.

Fantastic holiday

This apartment had the perfect location directly across from the public beach and the Croisette food and gelati vans which were great for lunch. The apartment had everything we needed, and the temperature control for each room and blackout blinds were a major plus. The terrace with bbq and jacuzzi made staying in a great experience as we couldn't venture far with our young 5 month old daughter. This was the perfect first holiday for us to have had with her. A DVD player would be handy to have in the partment, however, but we brought our own from home. The owner and the lady who takes care of you when you arrive and leave were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have recomended this apartment to our friends - a great holiday, thank you!

What a fantastic holiday apartment!

We can not recommend this chic apartment more highly. Set right in the heart of "La Croisette" it is the best location you can find, and mingle with the glamorous crowds.

The aparment is beatiful and great for entertaining.

Already booked again for next year.

We spend a very loveley week in this beautiful apartement. It was very proper and all things could be used without any problem (TV, washing machine, DVD, Internet, microwave, Jacuzzi ...). Our holidays in cannes will give us power for a long time. Thank you very much!
