The house is recently constructed, and stands in its own walled gardens, with lawns and patio. There is a beautiful large private swimming pool and outdoor barbecue. The house is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV fully fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine and drier. microwave and all cooking utensils and crockery. Bedlinen and towels are provided. the house is ideal for families and groups and is pet friendly. On a dead end street, easy parking, and the gardens and grounds are lit and totally secure.

The seaside town of La Barrosa is less than a 5 minute drive from the house and can boast one of Spain's cleanest and longest sandy beaches. It has numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, serving all types of cuisine at incredible low prices.There are world class golf courses and great tennis academies. Close by is the town of Chiclana de la Frontera which has a picturesque 'Old Town' and a busy daily market. The purpose built Shopping Mall at Bahia Sur is a 15 minute drive away and has all the shopping you could want. Cadiz is Europe's oldest city and is a delight to vist. The beautiful city of Jerez is also only a short drive away and here you can visit the world famous sherry houses and the Spanish Riding School.

  • The house is recently constructed, and stands in its own walled gardens, with lawns and patio. There is a beautiful large swimming pool and outdoor barbeque. The house is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV fully fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine and drier. microwave and all cooking utensils and crockery. Bedlinen and towels are provided. the house is ideal for families and groups and is pet friendly. The gardens and grounds are lit and totally secure.
    We require 20% payement on forhand (insure booking)and the total amount has to be payed 8 weeks before starting date.
    An extra € 100,-- will be charged, for brackage and dammages, this will be returned on the day of leaving.

A fantastic villa which are family enjoyed so much, the owners Guus and Monique are brilliant so helpful, the pool is great which the kids loved, have stayed at villa 3 times for 3 weeks at a time and its are best holidays weve had, so relaxing in a quiet location and then only 10-15 mins away from beach and nightlife, cannot wait to go back again.

we have 3 children en they had the time of there lives !!!!
with the swimming pool en the beautifull environment we really enjoyd our vacation in may.
the property was clean and well providid.
the host and hostess were very nice people and they were very helpful and welcoming.

thank you wery much Guus and Monique and we will be back next year !!!

We had a great holliday

We realy liked staying in this house. Sometimes we went to the beach wich is close to house by car. We also went walking in the beautiful woods that's also close to the house.
The people from the house are so nice and helpfull when you need some help.
When we wake up we went swimming in the beautifull private swimming pool. The propperty is clean and well-maintained.
We love the house. We will be back...

WE'RE RETURNING FOR 2 WEEKS in 2010

May 2009 was our 2nd stay at Casa Dina and we have already booked again for 2010 - we hope that speaks for itself. The property is excellent in all respects, and Moni & Guus are welcoming, friendly and helpful, but also respect your privacy. A great place to chill out - read, swim and bask in the sun. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space throughout. As we've said before, you do need a car to get about and visit the lovely beaches and other tourist attractions. A favourite place of ours is the beach at Sancti Petri (not Novi Sancti Petri, but the bit near the old tuna fishing village) which is a place for locals. Would certainly recommend Casa Dina. Cadiz, Jerez, Vejer, Arcos, etc. all within striking distance if you can tear yourself away from the comforts of home. Really looking forward to going back!
