Air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa on a large corner site. Good sized, comfortable lounge equipped with cable TV, DVD and CD player. Separate dining area with large table and 6 chairs. Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. Family bathroom with bath/shower and a downstairs shower room. Large roof terrace, solarium off main bedroom and a large secure/child friendly side garden equipped with BBQ, patio table, chairs and sun lounger’s etc. Private parking.2 minute walk to communal pool. Quiet residential area but only 3 minutes walk to local shops, bars including German Bar, Irish Bar(Chief O'Neils) two chinese restaurants and many other restaurants. This property is 20 minutes from Alicante airport and 40 minutes from Murcia airport.

The villa is situated in the residential area of La Marina. La Marina is half way between Santa Pola and Guardamar. The villa is only 20 minutes south of Alicante airport and 45 minutes north of Murcia airport. The 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca are a 5 minute drive. La Marina has many facilities including a tourist information office, travel agent for local trips, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy etc. There are many interesting places nearby to visit e.g. the old town of Elche famous for its thousands of Palm trees. Terra Mittica Theme Park, Aqualandia water park and Benidorm are approx 45 minute drive to the North. The famous Golf resort of La Manga is less than an hours drive south. There are several Championship Golf courses within a short drive. The seaside resorts of Santa Pola and Guardamar are approx a 10 minute drive. Both towns have evening markets and various restaurants and night life. La Marina has a market on a Sunday and Thursday morning.

We can really recommend this villa, it is spacious, well maintained, well equiped, there are bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, the communal pool is only a minute away. It was very easy to book, the owners are very friendly and accomadating, giving all relavent information. We enjoyed our stay there, it is in a very convienient location, I would definately stay there again.

This is a very well maintained property with easy access to restaurents,pubs and sightseeing. I found the owners to be very friendly and helpful esp with provision of details of local facilities.I would recommend hiring a car to take maximum advantage of sightseeing in the area.
Would definitely stay there again.
Good pool area and play areas for children but plenty of interests for older children.
Night life is a little way away from houses so not too much noise to disturb you.
The property is well situated with plenty of room outside for entertaining

Brilliant, 2nd Time back & would go again!

Had been at this villa in August 2004 with my partner & 4 other people & had a brilliant time. Returned in August 2009 (just the girls this time) & must say that the area was built up alot more with plenty of changes, such as the variety of new restaurants & large supermarket that are now there & less than a 5 minute walk. Don't be put off if you think it will be expensive due to be Euro currency, as I can assure you this is not the case. It is cheaper to eat out or the villa has everything you would possibly need to make a lovely meal at home, as well as the added benefit of the barbeque & patio furniture outside!.... All relevant information you require is readily available on the notice board in the villa & should you have any queries, John & Sue are more than happy to help. I'm trying to think of a minus point to say about my holidays here, but the best I can come up with is the beer is quite strong & I can't seem to get past pint number 7 (there is always next year, lol, must try harder!!).
