House, 150 sq.m 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms

Pool Villa 2 bedrooms, computer room with Internet access, double sofa bed. Living Room, Dinningroom, Breakfest Room. 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms equipped with a tub. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and all the dishes. Bed linen and towels are also available. The house has three televisions with cable connection and two DVD players. Beaches are located near Ca. 30 minutes away. The Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, Siesta-Key. Pool area with large lanai perfect for relaxing. Seating and sun loungers are on the lanai. Massage jets and a water color game invite. The pool is covered and screen keeps the insects. Orlando is about 2 hours away from home. Sarasota is the Ringling Museum, with beautiful paintings. The Ford Museum is located in Fort Meyers, Shell Factory is a must, because at night there is a musical fountain.

North Port has been built mainly after 2000. Many new businesses are in close proximity of Salford. Puplix is ??also very close. Doctors and a hospital is also located nearby. To reach restaurants and fast food shops in a few minutes. The 41 straight is the time to shop in Port Charlotte after heart's content. An amusement park with water slides located in Cape Coral. Minutes drive from the house in Orlando is a large amusement park with SeaWorld, etc. Information on site. Museum is available in Sarasota, Ringling Museum's Car Museum, Fort Meyer, inventor of the Ford Museum of view of the bulb. The most beautiful are the beaches whose long, Siesta Key, beautiful. Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, stroll to the beautiful old town and drink some wine. Tampa is a wonderful outlet with very attractive offers from top brands. Fisherman Price is a wonderful balance in the evening to enjoy the sunset.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • These prices are für2 people: Each additional person 5 - € per day. Children under 12 are free. A local custom cleaning fee of 120 USD, payable to our property manager on site. Internet use has a monthly fee of 25 - USD to be paid. Telephone calls (long distance) to Germany and Europe and rest of world can only be made with a calling card. This they get in any supermarket. Local calls are free nartürlich.
  • For rentals over 4 weeks, a discount of 10% and with a longer lease agreement approval discount.
  • A deposit of € 300, - is charged with the due date of payment, if any defects were made, this sum will be refunded. A 20% deposit is due upon booking completion.
