Terra Verde is a gated community some 15 minute drive from Disney World Resort and only 10 minutes form the bustling '192' Kissimmee area with its wealth of shops and restaurants. Peace and tranquillity await you, relax in our south facing courtyard (with private spa). The 3 bedroom house is fully equipped with everything you may need to make your stay special and a luxury community clubhouse overlooking a large freshwater lake awaits you with free form swimming pool, Tiki bar, children’s sandy play area, fitness room, sauna, games and computer room.

Notes: Our home is fully air conditioned and is furnished to a high standard. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay is included, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, telephone (free of charge for all local calls, accepts all incoming calls), free broadband Internet connection, TV and DVD player (Region 1 only) in lounge (TV's in bedrooms 1 and 2), board games and even a pack of cards! A high chair and travel cot are also available. The private courtyard is equipped with ample seating and an 8 person Jacuzzi, views are over a wooded conservation area. The resort clubhouse complete with concierge service is the focal point for a number of activities. It includes a large free form swimming pool with deck and spa, a children’s sandy play area, basketball court, volleyball area, fitness centre, sauna, games room, computer room (internet access $1 per 5 mins), and a large function room with satellite TV. The clubhouse and pool overlook a large fresh water lake.

A Perfect Base to Explore Orlando

We spent 10 fantastic days at this house and loved every minute of it. The house and Terra Verde resort were perfect for our stay. The spa is just the ticket after a hard day at the theme parks and the house is in a perfect location for the attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Well maintained and equipped, the house was really comfortable and we all had a great time. It combines having all the benefits of private facilities in the house and a secure outdoor area for children with hotel style facilities at the nearby clubhouse. We have been to Florida a number of times but never stayed at Terra Verde. Now we know what we were missing.

We had a fantastic stay.Big Walmart 5 mins away,15 mins to Disney,20 to seaworld & 25 to Universal,it is also good for Bushe Gdns & Kennedy.Big house lovely club house with a big pool,house is as description,if not better,good contact with the owners,& we would reccomend to family & friends.

A large and well proportioned house for our family of 5. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and large livingroom. Very close to the action on 192 and a very big Wal-Mart where we spent some time. We would recommend this property anytime. Close to pool and a well equipped guest center. Everything was very nice and clean, and we had good use of the wireless internet connection in the house. The court yard was very nice and the spa was nice and clean.

Awesome June 2009! The owner was accommodating and and helpful, and Unique Homes was absolutely delightful! This villa far exceeded expectations! I have stayed in several privately owned vacation homes, and this kitchen was the best furnished including plenty of dishes and stainless as well as quality utensils and cookware. Another pleasant surprise--big, plush towels! Most importantly, the master bedroom bed included above average quality sheets and an extremely comfortable mattress! Trust me, after long days in the parks, sleeping in a fabulously comfortable bed should not be taken for granted!! The villa provides a quiet, relaxing "home away from home," and the private hot tub proved to be the best feature after a long, tiring day at the amusement parks! The resort is located away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to find and close to everything. This villa truly provided the best private owned rental experience out of our eight vacation rentals!

Ideal location for Family fun

This property was ideal for our 3 week vacation! 4 adults and 2 children fittted comfortably into the villa which is bigger than the photos suggest. Villa is packed with everything you would need for a stay and imaculatly clean. Only tiny problem was a blown light bulb in the poarch which was replaced within a few hours of reporting it to the very friendly rental staff at Unique Holidays.

Would recomend this to anyone! If you go make sure you also check out Bahama Breeze for some food, A++
