This beautiful stylish modern villa is set within its own private tropical palm gardens and commands the most amazing views. Directly in front you have the sea towards Gibraltar, the Mediterranean and Africa, whilst behind the villa you have the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. The villa is built with quality in mind and is absolutely perfect for those who wish to enjoy a totally quiet, peaceful and relaxing location in an “away-from-it-all” setting in beautiful gardens with more than decent private swimming pool and sun beds, whilst only being only 2km from the hustle and bustle of Estepona town. When you arrive, the silence of the mountains is almost deafening – you feel 'on top of the world'. The villa is an ideal place to totally rest, unwind and let go. It is also great place to bring children who will enjoy the swimming pool while the parents can look on with a good book, a sun lounger and just simply relax. I would highly recommend this villa to anybody without question.

This wonderful villa is located just 2km above the town of Estepona. Estepona has attractions for all. Shallow-water, sandy bays for the youngsters and beach bars that provide water sports for the not so young! The town has plenty of restaurants, bars and night life. Then there's the port of Estepona with even more restaurants, bars, and clubs. During the day the port is a great place to escape the heat and while away a few hours with a newspaper, a coffee (or something stronger!) and watch the people go by! Estepona is just a short drive a away from Marbella and Gibraltar.

Location: Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holiday makers when visiting the Costa del Sol. This is because most things are on your door step so it cuts down on your need to drive everywhere. Estepona port offers shops, restaurants, bars, night life and a one of the best beaches in Estepona. The town of Estepona is very pretty - due to the amount the council spends on the various plants and gardens throughout and the beautiful old buildings in the old town. For those wishing to explore then there are many places to visit throughout Andalusia, and Estepona makes for a great base. This house overlooks the town of Estepona and has uninterrupted sea views.

Tourist attractions: Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona …. It’s a dream!

Villa Hoja was outstanding. Very clean, spacious modern, secure - I can't rate it highly enough. Fully equipped with anything you could possibly need, the kitchen was excellent. Washing machine and tumble dryer a bonus. The pool and the grounds were outstanding too. Being up a mountain the views were spectacular and the peace and quiet was amazing, very private, very tranquil. In fact it was so relaxing we spent most of our time there and only ate out twice!! A car is essential. Have to mention the cleaning staff and the pool guy all of whom were lovely, very polite and efficient. Local supermarket at the bottom of the hill was great and just as cheap as the big main one, maybe not just as much variety. timeinspain, the rental company, were very friendly and professional, great people and I would deal with them again. All in all one of the best holidays we have ever had in the nicest place we ever stayed.

The house really sells itself as it is in a unique location and really is a relaxation haven.
