Town Centre is ideally located for visiting the many attractions and facilities in the Orlando area. Whilst slightly off the beaten track in a quiet and idyllic lake setting it is just 8 minutes to Disney's World drive - 2 minutes from the marvellous golfing facilities at Reunion and Champions Gate where there is also a supermarket, chemist and a few eateries. A vast array of shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes, many on the areas main roads 27 and 192. I4 the interstate Highway is a 4 minute drive from the villa. Whatever you are aiming to do in the area this is a perfect base, enabling easy avoidance of the busiest traffic routes at peak times.

We were very pleased with the location of this villa (close to Disney theme parks) and the immediate surroundings. It was lovely to wake up in the morning listening to all the birds in the nearby trees, especially the red cardinals. We would love to come back to this villa again and would recommend the property to others.

The property was clean & well maintained. It was very useful to have internet access- it helped us find an Italian restaurant in the original Kissimmee area we had visited before but couldn't get a table- we did this time & the food was superb (they are not advertised in the usual tourist literature). The property rep. at the location was very friendly and helpful.
Owner's Response: I am delighted that Margaret has highlighted our wonderful location which is so convenient and yet Idyllic in its tranquil and natural setting. Our management company pride themselves on keeping our house to high standards and always being on hand to assist our guests enjoy their holiday.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday, despite a touch of reservation re theme parks! Your villa was very comfortable, and the best holiday for teenage boys, and dad!

You have the best spot on that reserve, and we loved to sit about 7.30 in the morning watching all the birds fllitting around the trees and lake. There are Bald Eagles that come and fish in the lake.

This property was like home from home (only bigger!) it had everything you could want on holiday, it was so peaceful you wouldnt believe there are other properties around you. The wildlife is fantastic we actually saw a crocodile and of course racoons. We have two children (7 & 10) who spent all their time in the pool or in the games room giving the adults lots of time to relax. After a hectic day in the theme parks it was so nice to come back and relax in such tranquil surroundings. The management company came to introduce themselves and then again to check the pool etc. they were very helpful. Make sure to look through the guest book and the villa handbook it has great tips. Follow the rules about the bins as we did and you wont have to clean up after the racoons they can make a real mess as we saw further up the street. When we got our bearings we found we were so close to all the parks, restaurants, malls and outlets so its a great location. We had a fab time and would definitely recommend this villa. Have fun we did!
