We were very pleased with the location of this villa (close to Disney theme parks) and the immediate surroundings. It was lovely to wake up in the morning listening to all the birds in the nearby trees, especially the red cardinals. We would love to come back to this villa again and would recommend the property to others.

The property was clean & well maintained. It was very useful to have internet access- it helped us find an Italian restaurant in the original Kissimmee area we had visited before but couldn't get a table- we did this time & the food was superb (they are not advertised in the usual tourist literature). The property rep. at the location was very friendly and helpful.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

Our management company pride themselves on keeping our house to high standards and always being on hand to assist our guests enjoy their holiday.

Fantastic Villa - Friendly Owner

We have visited florida many times and have stayed in a different villa each time but at last we have found a villa we would love to return to again and again.
Firstly the booking was very easy and the owner Keith was very helpful and accommodating to our ever changing plans. (Believe me they changed a lot)
The villa is located in a great position on a safe and quiet gated community and in our opinion it is sited on the best plot. It is nice and private having a lake on one side and woodland on the other so it is not overlooked at all.
It is clean and modern and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The management team are fantastic and always on hand if you need them but not bugging you if you don't.
It's a perfect place to get away from it all but is still only 20 mins from Disney, 90 mins from the beaches and only 30 mins to the international airport.
If you love wildlife then it is the place to go. Unfortunately we didn't see the resident raccoon family but we did see bobcats, opossum, red cardinals, hawks, osprey, sandhill cranes, wild turkey, woodpeckers, catbirds and many more right outside the villa.i
The pool is the only one we've had were it genuinely gets up to the right temperature and is not overlooked at all.
We would highly recommend this villa and already have done to family members who hope to visit this year.

Our Villa Vacation

We had a great vacation in Orlando! Our villa looked much better in person than it did in the pictures! It was so clean, comfortable, and cosy! We felt like we were right at home! The pool was great. Our daughter loved it, and swam every night after we came home from the parks.

We liked that the villa is separated from others in the neighborhood, so it was very quiet and private. We really loved the lake. It was special! Every morning and every night we would go and take pictures of sunrises and sunsets on the lake. It is a very beautiful view.

Michelle and Rob, who work for RMG Management, were always helpful and pleasant. You can ask them any questions and they were always anxious to help.

The villa is located close to all of the major attractions. We went to Busch Gardens in Tampa (only about an hour away), Magic Kingdom (about 10 minutes away), and Sea World (about 20 minutes away). Also, we went to Clearwater Beach and Daytona Beach Both are about an one hour drive, depending on the traffic).

We enjoyed the villa and we definitely will be back!

Our family of six visited Villa Reserve for three weeks in February 2011.
The villa was very clean and comfortable and the location - well - it's definitely the best possible plot! It was so peaceful and private, a real oasis after the busy parks, overlooking a beautiful lake teeming with wildlife.
The southerly aspect was great; we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the lake many mornings and appreciated the shade over the patio by mid afternoon.
It was very well situated for access to the parks, only about 15mins from Magic Kingdom.
Both the owner and management company were extremely helpful and approachable.
If we ever save up enough to come back we would not go anywhere other than your fabulous villa.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
