Cozy villa from 1975 with 110m² livingspace plus 20 m² veranda on 1728 m² Mediterranean garden with pool. The house offers on one level a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, three double bedrooms and one children’s bedroom and three shower rooms with WC each.

The pool measures app. 11 x 5.5 m and due to the overflow, even swimming you will enjoy the breathtaking sea view.

The villa is situated fully south and very quiet in a private villa area that is accessible only for residents. You can reach the next beach is at only app. 3 minutes by feet.

It is possible to park three cars on the closed ground.
