Desirable 'Smoke Free', all on One Level, 3rd floor END UNIT (#5-316) in the ONLY building in the complex paralleling the ocean, thereby, affording an ocean view from the interior of this tastefully decorated vacation home. And, it is the furthest from busy Kihei Road, the elevator activity and trash chute, so a VERY quiet location! The important positioning of the building and the SECURITY front screen door also allows the tropical Hawaiian breezes, which flow from mountain to ocean/ ocean to mountain, to keep the unit cooler.
This VERY WELL-EQUIPPED 2-bedroom, 2-bath has brand new kitchen cabinets, appliances, lanai furniture and a full-sized washer and dryer plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom even has it's own furnished lanai. We supply all the beach equipment you need, including beach towels, folding chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis rackets and more(USE of equip only at NO risk to Owner!). Enjoy the AMAZING SUNSETS from your lanai or simply walk across Kihei Road and you are at Kamaole Beach Park III with a HUGE grassy picnic area and swimming beach. Many of our visitors wander over with their tropical drink & pupu's and are in awe of the gorgeous sunsets!
The complex has a beautiful pool, 2 hot tubs, 5 BBQ areas with tables, fitness center and 4 tennis courts. The very well-maintained grounds feature swaying palm trees, a fountain and waterfall meandering through the Hawaiian tropical foliage. A very attractive feature of Kamaole Sands which visitors appreciate is that it is within walking distance to other beaches, many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and much more. If you prefer to cook in, you will find a more than well- equipped kitchen even down to spices! TV's in each bdrm., one w/ vcr and one w/ dvd, dvd in living rm. w/ TV. FREE WIFI...ask for password!

Kamaole Sands is the BEST located condo complex in South Maui and the BEST maintained complex in the area. We are close to (5) Quality Golf Courses within a few miles and directly across the street from the premier beaches in all of Maui.
Some of the GREAT things about this unit are the Sea Breeze's, great air flow, Super Views of the Ocean, spectacular Sunsets, quiet private setting.
We spent 16 great days on Maui and enjoyed every day of our stay in this condo. The location is great for taking advantage of all the beaches in Kiehi and Wailea as well as the restaurants and shops along Kihei Road.
The two bedroom condo is spacious and the second lanai works great for lounging, reading, quiet time. The unit is close to the pool but is not bothered by pool noise. The view of the well maintained gardens is great. Three of us stayed here easily and we had several dinners with friends on the lanai. We never turned on the air conditioner; the breeze through the condo was perfect. John is a very friendly and helpful owner. We plan to return to Kamaole Sands and will certainly check for this condo first.
This condo really shows the pride and attention of its owner. It is clean, quiet, and stocked with everything you need. Our 10 day stay couldn't have been better. John is very quick to get back to you and so nice to work with. The complex is well maintained, friendly, and good for families. Its location is convenient for coming and going around the island. You will not for wrong if you stay here!! The condo has everything you could possible ever need for a beach vacation. It has coolers, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrellas and beach chairs. It is kept very clean and pride of ownership is very obvious. John was very prompt is returning all emails. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. The pool is kept up very well and is kid friendly. We enjoyed ourselves that there is discussion of another trip next year and will definitely stay here if it if open.
Just returned from two weeks in Maui and we couldn't be happier with this condo. It was extremely clean and extremely well stocked. Everything was as advertised, and you can tell John takes a lot of pride in maintaining this condo. We have stayed in building 5 numerous times and this was by far the best experience yet. We traveled with two other couples that stayed in two separate units in building 5 and neither were as clean or even close to being as well stocked. If available, this will be our first choice when we return to Maui.
We stayed for 12 nights and it really felt like home. Very quiet location, reserved parking spot, and all the amenities you need. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, two lanais, washer and dryer. No need to pack many clothes as you can wash and your the few that bring. Everything you need for the beach is at your disposal. The owner is very pleasant and responds quickly and cheerfully when needed. Kam 3 beach is just across the street and is a great beach for snorkling, boarding, swimming, or just relaxing. We will definately return (if the unit is available, the calendar looks pretty booked for quite a while!) Just a note that upon our departure the owner was planning on giving the place a fresh coat of paint so it should be even nicer going forward! Thanks agin John!
We returned to this unit because we knew that we could depend on the amenities. The owner is very responsive to the needs of visitors and continues to update the unit. We had everything that we needed inside the unit, and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The view is fabulous and the walk to the beach is quick, but there is no road noise. We hope to be able to stay here again for our next vacation.
