You are right in the heart of central London and our flat is a luxurious, elegant and beautiful studio flat and has free WiFi. It is decorated in soft natural colours with honey coloured oak floor throughout, gorgeous cream leather sofa and limestone bathroom with a huge, deep bath and fabulous power shower. The kitchen is compact with a granite work surface and a fine NEFF hob and oven. It is on the third floor so is always light and bright. The building is very elegant and kept in beautiful condition. The street is a tree lined 'cul de sac'. You will feel completely safe here. Everything you could need is within a couple of minutes of the flat- 24/7 shops, banks, a chemist, a fantastic delicatessen and a dozen very tempting restaurants offering every type of cuisine. Great Portland Street and Regents Park underground stations are within two or three minutes; Oxford Street is eight minutes walk and Regents Park five minutes to the north. A gorgeous flat in a superb location.

We are sorry but we do not let the flat out for less than two weeks - although we are happy to be flexible about arrival and departure days.

We would request a weeks deposit whether you are staying for two weeks or more, and this would become the first weeks rent on arrival. Should you have to cancel up to a month before your arrival we would return your deposit in full, after this time the deposit would be forfeited.

FANTASTIC FLAT, PERFECT LOCATION, LOVELY OWNER

My wife & I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks from February.
Lovely flat has everything you would need the studio is a nice size, and really homely.
Lovely kitchen with great appliances & bathroom with a lovely shower.
The flat also has secondary glazing so it is really quiet day & night.
There was also a new LCD TV with a DVD player which also had the ability to let me watch files from my USB drive.
Theres a quick internet connection too.
There is a porter downstairs all days during the week, so its very safe,
In a lovely part of London, close to Great Portland Street tube, and Oxford Circus
Easy to walk to many places
Lots of lovely food places nearby Villandry do the best cakes ever.
Theres a Tesco & Sainsburys within a few minutes walk also Marylebone High Street is 5 minutes walk away and has so many shops & great places to eat.
Cant recommend this place enough and Pippa is so lovely and helpful.

COMFY AND PERFECTLY LOCATED!

We spent 2 weeks in this studio flat on an October 2013 vacation to London and it was perfect for us. It was very clean and attractively furnished with ample storage for all of our things. The tiny kitchen worked surprisingly well for the breakfasts and other meals we prepared on days when we stayed in. The kitchen has been imaginatively designed to fit into a small space and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and is very easy to move in and out of its closet. We appreciated the small desk in a corner, where we kept a laptop set up. The internet service was always good. A bonus was the presence of the porters in the lovely front entrance to the building.
The location of the flat is excellent. We walked to Oxford Circus and Piccadilly, the British Museum, the lovely shops and restaurants on Marylebone High Street (including Daunt Books, heaven for booklovers) and of course throughout our neighborhood to shops and restaurants. Lovely Regent’s Park is only a few blocks north. There are three underground stations within just a few blocks giving access to all the main lines for travel throughout London.
Pippa had provided helpful information about the neighborhood amenities, including restaurant recommendations. We especially loved Iberica, a Spanish tapas bar which was just around the corner from the cul de sac where the flat is located. We also found a pub on Great Portland Street called The Horse and Groom which had no music and no TV for those who enjoy conversation.
We hope this flat will be available the next time we’re in London!

A HIDDEN GEM!

This apartment exceeded my expectations.

The location was excellent. It is near several tube stations, bus stops and Boris Bike stations. It is also within walking distance to Oxford St, Marylebone High St and Regent's Park.

The cul-de-sac street is quiet and the building itself is clean and well maintained. Building security is excellent and you have the option of stairs or lift to get you to the apartment.

The apartment is spacious. I kept the murphy bed open during my entire 2 week stay and still had plenty of room to move around.

The kitchen is amply stocked and while I did not really cook, I appreciated all the utensils to prepare meals from the market items I had bought.

The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is excellent. The bathtub is wonderfully deep.

I was initially sceptical of how well the washing machine would work because it is very small. Surprisingly, I could wash a good sized load in minimal time.

I am trying to be objective and I am struggling to find something negative to say. The only unknown for me is how cool or hot the apartment might be during very warm weather.

If this apartment is free for future visits, I would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT LONDON PAD

My husband and I stayed for six weeks, it was a perfect position in the heart of Marylebone, this area an ideal place to live in London. Close to restaurants, parks, theaters, galleries, Oxford Street, tubes, and architectually pleasing. We walked everywhere and loved it.

The space surprised us on arrival after seeing the internet photos. Being a bed-sit type flat, having a door between the entrance area, plus separate rooms for bathroom, kitchen, and lounge/bedroom,made it very livable. There was plenty of cupboard space and the flat was nicely heated, yet we enjoyed the fresh air coming in and lots of light. It is extremely secure, with the porter and intercom system at the front door. No noise to be heard from any of the other flats. The building was clean and well maintained as is the flat. There was plenty of hot water and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The washing machine worked well/quiet and was so convenient being in the flat.
Sky TV had just been connected while we were there, and we look forward to watching that when we return.
You do feel the flat is your home while your staying and somehow that draws you back. Pippa was so pleasant and had every thing prepared for our arrival.
We highly recommend this little gem.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN LONDON

I stayed here for two weeks last year and am returning this year. The flat is in a wonderful location for both public transport (tube and bus lines) and walking. It is very close to Regent's Park for daily walks, and also to lovely shops and restaurants. It is light, quiet, immaculate, and comfortable and although not large it's very efficiently organized with a modernized bath and kitchen. Pippa is extremely helpful and will provide all necessary information.
In three decades of frequent travel to London, this is the best place I've ever stayed. I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates the chance to stay in one of the nicest neighborhoods in London without the trappings of a hotel.

Owner's Response: One of the great benefits about being in a central location is that, apart from the public transport connections and that you can walk everywhere, it is always possible to hail a cab as there are always taxi's throughout the day and night.

VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT FLAT

I spent three weeks in this flat and it was a true home-away-from-home. The flat is very well appointed and close to three tube stations for easy transport anywhere you need to go - plus very short walks to Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street for all the great shopping. A grocery store and fantastic restaurants are close by as well. Very quiet location at night. Loved my stay and can't recommend it highly enough.

Our beautiful, luxurious, newly refurbished studio flat is on the third floor of a most elegant period building. The building is kept in perfect condition by a team of friendly and capable porters. It is at the top of Hallam Street - the heart of W1 - a tree-lined 'cul de sac'. Oxford Street is five minutes walk as is Regent's Park and theatre land is about fifteen minutes. Great Portland Street and Regents Park underground are two/three minutes walk and Oxford Circus is about eight. There are many buses and always taxis. It is a very elegant area, close to the exclusive Marylebone High Street and there are many wonderful restaurants of all sorts including the world-famous delicatessen and restaurant 'Villandry' on the door step. There are also banks, chemists and supermarkets. It is a fabulous and cosy flat in which to relax and pamper yourself and yet you can walk downstairs (or take the lift) and you are in the centre of London.

The double bed - with high quality Waterlattex mattress - is housed behind double cupboard doors. It can be brought down with a finger and left out or with no effort at all be tipped up into the cupboard. There are four cupboards as part of the room and therefore lots of hanging space and plenty of shelves. There is a cream leather double sofa, coffee table, two beech chairs, a dining table and a TV on a movable small table. The kitchen is all tiled and has a honed granite worktop. There are plates, glasses, cutlery for four/six and it is fully equipped with casserole dishes, toaster etc. In the hall of the flat there is an entry phone. There are Dimmer Switches throughout that can be controlled from the bed as well as throughout the flat. The Bath is a renovated Victorian Bath and so is wonderfully deep and long. The water is always piping hot and there is a heated towel rail. The flooring throughout is a beautiful honeyed oak.
