Shouldering the banks of a lagoon and bordering Turtle Point Golf Course's 5th green, this elegant 2740 sq. ft. home offers beautifully decorated spacious rooms inside, with a wide sundeck and screened porch to enjoy the outdoors. Downstairs level includes living and dining rooms, kitchen, a master bedroom with a King size bed, a second bedroom with a Queen size bed and a third bedroom with 2 Twins. There are 2 baths on the first floor. There is a fourth large upstairs bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a private bath. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Maximum parking is 3 cars.
