Luxury 5 bed, 3 bath, sleeping 11 adults + cot - please ask to see our reviews..

Located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Form by Ct and backing onto the main lake with a fantastic view of the lake, pier and playground, our house is a single story 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with upgrades in every area. The villa is fully air-conditioned with decor having been upgraded to the highest standard. The villa has a formal dining room to enjoy your culinary delights (or a take-away) as well as a breakfast bar with 4 stools for a less formal snack. The living area boasts leather sofas and designer furniture to help unwind while reading or listening to your favourite CD. The main living area also hosts a 51' Plasma TV with video and DVD players as well as a Fully Loaded Cable Package - we have a small library of 50 family and blockbuster movies. A 'full on' games room has full size table tennis, pool table (slate-bedded PRO table) and air hockey. High speed wireless internet access - just bring your laptop or tablet and surf away

Lake Berkley Resort is situated close to 192 East in Kissimmee, about a 20 min. drive from Orlando International. Its location is superb, set on three lakes and very tranquil with its deer, turkeys, sand cranes etc. that wander the resort, and yes the odd turtle that insists on sitting in the road pausing between Lakes. Children love the ducklings with their mothers which nestle close to the pools.

For those who like retail therapy or bargain hunting, there are ample small plazas packed with discount stores also 175 designer outlets stores just a five minute drive, you can pay for your holiday with the amount you save on shopping for designer wear and so many children's designer clothes at low prices.

Disney Magic Kingdom is 7 minutes as is Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beech, Downtown Disney, Sea World and Aquatica 15 minutes, Universal and Island of Adventure are 20 minutes.

Plus local helicopter rides, Ghost Hunting tours, airboat rides and cinemas.

Just minutes away from Championship Golf Courses such as Champions Gate, Falcon Fire, Kissimmee Bay, Remington Golf Club, Celebration to name but a few . We provide a golfers guide and information such as phone numbers of courses for you to check out including the Royal St Cloud rated by Buick Style and Review Magazine. There certainly is plenty of choice............

The resort is one of the few that have a 24 hour guard at the gate with call ahead service. Fast Lane Fob entry for those already checked in. The 24 hour Super Walmart just 2 minutes away is ideal for shopping.

Many people ask for this resort by name as they have found Floridas little secret haven.

In addition to this Lake Berkley offers a 2000sq ft clubhouse with a large heated communal pool, coffee area, gymnasium, movie rental, internet access and shop. Lake Berkley provides everything you need to enjoy a Disney-based holiday. It's close enough to all the action, but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and tranquillity. Notes: Of the 5 bedrooms two have double beds (the master boasting a queen size) with twin beds in two and twin plus bunk beds in one room. All beds are upgraded to ensure maximum comfort. The main bedroom has en-suite facilities with a corner bath, separate double shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 also has en-suite facilities. The versatile accommodation can sleep up to 11 people in permanent beds plus cots so Grandma and Grandpa or family friends can come tool. Alternatively, two families can use the house without living in each other’s pockets - this really keeps the cost down. Games room with full size Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis and PRO (not cheap Wal-Mart) Pool Table. Tennis Equipment, Fishing Rod etc. Who needs a garage when they're on holiday? We didn’t so we changed it to a 'full on' games room - the perfect place for a family tournament over a cool one. Just be sure to let the kids win! Martin, Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home in Lake Berkley, our son lived in the pool every minute we were in the house, the amenities were outstanding and the homes layout suited all of us. Attractions and shopping were all around us. We have already started planning next year, with your house being part of it, but next year will be 2 weeks instead of 1 week LOL
