Spacious and recently renovated to a high standard, this luxury penthouse apartment with good views to the tropical gardens, the mountains and the entrance to the marina. There are two private balconies on the east side to sit and breakfast in the morning sun, a spacious balcony on the west side for alfresco dining in the midday and evening. Roomy and bright with marble throughout, this apartment is designed to be lived in with all the fittings for entertaining. Private car park space in basement is accessed by lift from the door of the apartment. The comfortable seating of the dining area allows for reading, watching TV or talking to your fellow guests. The mature tropical garden is restful and tranquil for quiet reflection. Two pools for bathing. Gate access from the garden to the beach, where the restaurants allow for casual dining. This beach is very fashionable and a five minute walk along the beach brings you to the middle of the world famous Puerto Banus Marina.

The Resort of Puerto Banus is world famous, This Andalucia del Mar apartment is right at the centre. The night life in Puerto Banus is a 24hour affair. This apartment is a haven of peace yet five minutes walk along the beach or the street to the restaurants and bars and the very expensive yachts. Fashion is king in Puerto Banus and all the famous designer houses have outlets here where you can spend as much as you dare. For the less extravagant there is the El Corte Ingles department store where they have everything including a hypermarket. King Fahd the late king of Saudi Arabia had a holiday home nearby where on his last trip to Puerto Banus his party reputedly spent €10Million per week in this store. There is a famous Sunday Market at the bull ring near the apartment where the most amazing bargains can be snapped up. The range of items on sale is enough to cater for every taste. They even sell good quality furniture on the pavement near the apartment during the Sunday Market.

Notes: This apartment was renovated two years ago and fitted out to a high standard. The master bedroom has a private balcony and a bathroom en-suite. There is a single bed which is stored away in the apartment which can be used in either bedroom if there are five people in the party. The second bedroom also has a private balcony facing east with views over the mouth of the marina.

Things to do in Marbella & Puerto Banus: There is a very good safari park near Estepona called Selwo. It is great for the children and the adults. They have lions tigers bears camels monkeys ostriches heffalumps camels and lots more. They are all in large areas and the animals roam free with plenty of room so that their living space is reasonably close to their natural environment. The visitors are brought around in trucks like army trucks with bench seats and the drivers and helpers make it a fun event for everyone. Both adults and children love the experience.

Fly Blue Catamaran from Marbella Marina: There is a great full day or half day cruise on a large catamaran from the marina in Marbella. The full day cruise has a stop with a BBQ and swim at a secluded beach with banana boat ride for those who are adventureous.

Shopping: World class shopping at Puerto Banus and Marbella. The Saudi Royal family come here for two months to holiday & shop every year, so why cant you?

Golf: This area has been changed to the Costa del Golf for obvious reasons.

Lovely apartment and a great resort

We had a great time in this Puerto Banus apartment
The apartment has plenty space, sleeps five and has the beach. The gardens are very restful and mature.

We enjoyed the fact that it was so peaceful but also a five minute walk to the hussel and bussel of the Port. There is a beach restaurant at the bottom of the garden if you don't feel like walking five minutes to the busy marina.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week there as always
many thanks for a great holiday.
The washing machine was fine, the people who clean the apartment used it when we arrived to do the linens etc.
We kept the AC on low and it worked fine. I know you have a new one on order. We had to empty the bucket probably twice daily... which wasn't really a hassle as we were always back and forth.
The apartment is really nice and is convenient with a five minute walk to the centre of Puerto Banus.

Stayed here with my family for last 2 weeks of August 2008. Although the location was ideal, the apartment was most certainly not. The air conditioning unit leaked in the kitchen and required to be mopped out several times a day. On contacting the owner, he arranged for the engineers to visit. They informed me they had worked on this system previously and that they had been instructed to 'bodge' it to avoid spending on a new system. they left me still leaking with a pipe dropping down from the ceiling into a bucket which needed emptying several times of the day and Night! My holiday was governed by needing to be back at the aprtment to empty the bucket or the place flooded. Absolute nightmare. The washing machine didnt work, the engineer was due on the day we left! We didnt have enough pillow cases when we arrived, that took 3 days to rectify. No midweek clean as the cleaner never got in touch as the owner had promised. The ad intimates satelite tv, but its not as we know it. You get sky news and german eurosport. That put pay to following the Olympics! We have been to Puerto banus 4 times and stayed in some very nice apartments, but we caught a cold here I'm afraid. We were offered £300 off a future stay but during non peak season, not very useful at all. I requested 25% refund for inconvenience and have been met with silence ever since! Good luck
