Visible inside old framework, attic room height 3.5 m centered

Lovely light, bright, solid and hygienically equipped approximately 30 sqm apartment with fully stocked pantry and stainless steel alcove. It is located on 1st Floor of an approximately 100-year-old former farmhouse. The furniture is classically elegant and sometimes even modern. Laminate flooring in the Belgian designer in smoked in the room to match the visible timber. Because we wanted to leave the building during the renovation in 2008 in its original state, even the sometimes oblique walls remained upstairs. They are not disturbing, because the ceiling height is centered at least 3 meters. Only in the bathroom should be noted that it is inconvenient for XXL people from about 1.90 m tall is. In the bathroom with a window into the tiles are white and gray stone. The size of the bed (with mattress foam) is 160 x 200 cm.

The property is located in a 2008 totally restored historic farmhouse on the conservation area Langwieder heath on a purely residential street in close proximity to Langwieder Seeenplatte. Langwieder, Luss and Birkensee (nude bathing) can be reached by car in 10 minutes as well as the botanical garden, Schloss Nymphenburg. Castle blood castle can be reached in 10 minutes. For hikers, the Aubinger tan with numerous Celtic jumps an experience. Motorway junction to Lochhausen A8 + A99 600m. FJ Strauss airport in Munich is reachable in 25 minutes. Neue Messe Munich S-Bahn in 40 minutes, by car in 25 minutes. Bus and train with park and ride in 10 minutes. Travel time to Munich's Marienplatz / center 15 minutes. Important for football fans: Distance to the Allianz-Arena exactly 19 kilometers on the A99.   • This spacious apartment is located in southwestern and absolutely quiet. All previous guests have felt very well - which is also held in-house guest book. We attach importance to a peaceful coexistence, because the atmosphere is to be regarded as a family. The landlord does not live in the house.
