Greek Way of Life, Flora and Fauna :
Timing. Greeks do not expect quick service and often frown upon food that is too hot! Waiters will not rush you and will rarely deliver food in the same order as it was placed. Dishes sometimes arrive as and when they are ready - just sit back and relax and you will soon adjust to the Greek way of life! Corfu is small enough to be friendly and large enough to provide you with a never ending change of scenic beauty. And it is never difficult to get from one part of this island paradise to another. Drive around Corfu you can discover the magnificently scenic East coast to the equally impressive, more rugged and quieter West coast. The drives are picturesque, past quaint little villas and thousands of olive trees. The roads aren't crowded, except around the town centre for despite its centuries of history and its splendid beaches and sunlit bays, Corfu remains unspoilt.
