FRESHLY RESTORED HALF-TIMBERED HOUSES IN THE MEDIEVAL CITY ON THE ELBE

The Potter Street in the historic center of Stendal, concealed by bulging walls, is surrounded by perfectly preserved jewel of the northern brick Gothic. In the past there were the potters of the city at home, hence the name of our two adjacent houses with a common, sunny and quiet courtyard: Holiday House in Töpferhof! The house itself is small, but special. The preservation of the city makes for solid wood windows and clay tiles with Bauzen and we even pay attention to natural materials and have oak floors in the EC, Brandenburg pine in the attic and weatherproof larch wood used for the courtyard facade. Clay plaster and timber (including the newly restored traditional way is connected only by wooden pegs!) Provide an authentic ambiance. The ground floor is a wood stove, central heating is quite modern in the solar system plus gas powered. The location is ideal: quiet side street, sunny courtyard ... right in the small town center.
