Great accomodation in Amsterdam

My family and I stayed at Ed's apartment for one week in early July. We chose Ed's apartment because of all the rave reviews he received and the apartment lived up to all our expectations. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, spacious, well stocked and situated in a very good location (close to grocery, restaurants, transportation and only a short ride to all the major sites). Equally important, Ed was very helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. He answered all e-mails promptly, gave clear instructions on who to call when we arrived and e-mailed us a few days before to remind us of the contact information. During our visit, we forgot a plug adaptor (for the electrical outlet) to re-charge our camera and Ed promptly dropped one off for us to use. We loved being right along the canal. Our children especially enjoyed watching the drawbridge go up & down as well as the shared garden space in the back. We would highly recommend this accomodation to visitors of all ages.
