Lovely privately owned 1 bed apartment sleeping 4 people on the quiet well maintained complex . Built in an Andalucian style the complex is located in a quiet area of Los Cristianos, with stunning views over the town and harbour. Our apartment directly overlooks the beautiful swimming pool (see picture below). The complex is a very well maintained and quiet making it more suitable for families and couples wanting a more relaxed holiday.
There is a reception area, laundry and restaurant on site with a well stocked supermarket nearby. There is a selection of good quality bars & restaurants close by & a mere 15 min stroll away you will find Los Cristianos seafront and harbour providing further quality restaurants & bars with entertainment. Los Cristianos provides 2 beautiful sandy beaches. Our apartment is well furnished with twin beds in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, satellite TV, DVD , newly refurbished shower room & a fully fitted kitchen.
The Apartment: Our 1 bed apartment provides home from home comforts most commercial holiday lets don't provide. It boasts a fully fitted kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, microwave and fridge. Ample crockery and cutlery and cooking facilities, for those who wish to spend the evening at home. The bedroom offers twin beds and plenty of storage, a newly refurbished shower room and the living area which opens onto the sunny terrace overlooking the pool provides ample seating by the way of a settee and a double sofa bed, satellite TV with English channels and Sky Sports, radio/CD player and a dining area. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided which are changed on a weekly basis. On arrival a welcome pack including milk and water are provided.
The complex which is built in an Andalusian style is very well maintained and the grounds and communal areas kept in pristine condition. There is a central swimming pool which is heated in the winter months, sun beds and sun umbrellas are provided. It is a quiet complex and so does not warrant rowdy clientele. A well stocked supermarket close by and a good quality restaurant is on site. Car hire or taxis are available from the airport which is a mere 20 min drive away.
Internet access is available via computers in the reception area for a small fee paid at reception. Alternatively you can use the local cafes.
