'WOW' This beautiful 2nd floor southeast corner end unit in the Shores Club Condominium in Daytona Beach Shores has to be seen to be believed! Enjoy the panoramic view and beauty of the beach and ocean from this gorgeous three bedroom, three bath condo! The Shores Club Condominium is on the non-drive part of the beach, and is convenient to restaurants, shopping and all that Daytona Beach has to offer. The building has just undergone a complete renovation, and the unit has been remodeled and refurnished as well. This is one of the prettiest beaches in the state!

This incredibly spacious condo (almost 2000 square feet) enjoys a view that is surpassed by none, with ocean and beach views from every sitting area in the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Located on the 2nd floor at the southeast corner of the building, it enjoys beautiful natural light and ocean breezes. All the amenities of home can be found here, including Basketball, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Lounge chairs with a sunset view. You can choose to spend the day on the beach, at the pool, or doing nothing but watching the dolphins from your own private balcony. You can walk to the Sunglow Pier to fish or enjoy a nice meal while you watch the surfers ride the waves.

It's only a 10 minute drive to 'downtown' Daytona Beach, where you'll find the new OceanWalk area with movie theatres, restaurants and concerts in the Bandshell. You'll find Ponce Inlet only 4 miles south, with its numerous restaurants on the water, boating and fishing, and the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Cross over the bridges to the mainland, and enjoy a day at the Daytona Speedway. Or drive just 1 to 1 1/2 hours to Orlando for all its attractions. Whatever your pleasure, you'll have many hours of fun and relaxation in this lovely condo.

We previously owned a unit for 8 years in the beautiful St Maarten building. Our Family vacationed in The Shores Club in '02 and '03. The No Drive Beach,

Panoramic View, the over all charm and the friendly atmosphere of the building

Why Cathy Smith chose Port Orange

We love the Shores Club - non-drive part of the beach, friendly neighbors, walk to Crabby Joe's and the pier, great facilities and the building is always well maintained. We rented in the SC before buying, and now own 2 3BR/3BA Condo's, 1 first floor North corner unit and 1 second floor Souht corner unit. There's easy access to Ponce Inlet for some of our favorite restaurants and parks, a quick drive across the Dunlawton Bridge to the mainland, and just a few minutes to the downtown area of Daytona Beach.

What makes this condo unique

We think 207 is the perfect condo...southeast corner of the building for great light, 2nd floor for privacy, stairs right outside the unit so we can just walk up and down like having a private entrance, but there's also an elevator just a few doors down for those who need it. On the 2nd floor, you can see the beach and ocean from so many vantage points...living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. And the huge balcony offers even better views and incredible breezes coming around the side of the building and off the beach. Paradise!

Hoping to Return!!

We stayed at this unit for the month of March and could not have enjoyed it more. It was so comfortable and the view is beyond description. The second floor worked out great. I think it is our favorite floor for convenience and view. The beach was gorgeous and the weather turned out to be so beautiful. We walked to Crabby Joe's for lunch a few times. Enjoyed restaurants in Ponce Inlet, Daytona, and Palm Coast. We hope to rent this condo again in the near future.

Well Maintained Condo!

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous condo! We feel that the unit is ideal for couples or families who enjoy being on the "no drive beach" and like a direct ocean front unit. We especially liked being on the end with easy access from the stairs ( only one floor down to the beach!). The owners are wonderful to work with and have decorated the unit beautifully. Another plus is that the unit is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is lots of room and the tile floors make it nice for small pets. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy this great condo!

Wonderful Winter

Just spent the most enjoyable two months at your condo. It was fantastic. Well equipped with everything I could want in a kitchen, plenty of quality linens. Very easy to keep clean. My sister, my husband and I had a terrific time.

Beautiful place for relaxing vacation

There is not enough room on here for me to be able to rave about our stay like I would like to!!! The condo was AMAZING!! It was very clean and there was lots of room. All 3 of the bedrooms are big with their own bathrooms. The living room/dining area/kitchen are all open and are huge with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The balcony runs the whole length of the condo from the living room/dining area to the master bedroom! To my daughter's delight the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with a large assortment of pots, pans and cooking utensils and gadgets. I have family who live in the area and we were able to entertain all of them very comfortably in this condo ... now we are talking about having 16-18 people there at a time!! Between the huge balcony and the large living room/dining/kitchen area it was no problem. My daughter even cooked for everyone one evening and had all of the large pans and such necessary to accomplish that feat! Being on the second floor was awesome as we could just choose to use the stairs rather than waiting for the elevator. There were plenty of towels for everyone and having the washer and dryer right there in the condo was outstanding. There are more than enough closets in the place and having the storage closet in the hall for beach chairs, toys, umbrella's etc. is outstanding for keeping the sand out of the condo! I cannot say enough good things about the vacation we had there. The pool was always clean and adequately big enough for the amount of people that was there. There was a good amount of chairs around the pool area so that wasn't too much of an issue. I had never stayed on the "no drive" part of the beach and was wondering how I was going to like it. I LOVED it!! Everyone we encountered from the people that worked there to the people that were guests there were very helpful and friendly :). I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to have a beautiful relaxing vacation. I am hoping that on my next trip to Daytona this condo will be available because I would absolutely love to stay there again. There is only one little negative thing I can say about our stay. The condo was advertised as having "wireless" internet but we were never able to access it and no one at the office was ever able to help us access it either. Perhaps the owners could leave a sheet describing the steps necessary to access the wireless internet :). Thanks for one of our best vacations ever!!

perfect place for a family vacation

We have stayed at this property twice. With it being on the second floor the veiw is wonderful you get plam trees and the ocean from your patio chair. Almost everyday we watched the dolphins go by so bring your binoculars. You are down the beach from all the bussel of Daytona but only a quick drive to alot of shops and restaurants. You have more than enough room for your family. The no drive portion is a real plus. It's clean and has all the things you would need. This is a top notch place without the high price you could pay. We plan on returning again soon.
