This spacious villa set in its own grounds of over 1000m sq, with swimming pool, BBQ area, rooftop solarium and terraces for al fresco dining, relaxing, etc. And only a 10 minute walk to one of Marbella's finest beaches, makes this a great family holiday home. The villa is situated inland of the CN340 Coast road, close to the El Casco tennis club and Marbella golf El Rosario, making it an excellent base for those wishing to explore the many attractions on the coast, or sample the wonderful selection of golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates have been reduced for 2009 due to the present economic situation, To enable these reductions a surcharge of 70 euros per week will be imposed for the use of the air conditioning (optional), this surcharge to be paid locally at the beginning of the holiday. These rates apply to a maximum of eight people, additional persons will be charged at the pro-rata rate, babies free of charge, these rates include: weekly maid service, pool maintenance, water, electricity, gas, all linen/towels (not including cot linen or beach towels) and a welcome pack. There will be a 20% deposit with all reservations, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A £100 refundable damage-breakage deposit will be payable locally.
  • Terms and conditions of rental are available on request.
  • Occupancy may not be available before 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
    The arrival departure times may be changed to favour the tenant, only if the arrival departure times do not coincide with
    those of other tenants.

Notes: The first floor accommodation comprises of two bedrooms; one double and one twin with shared bathroom, the double with queen size bed and a sofa bed, French doors open onto a small terrace, steps lead up to the large rooftop solarium. The accommodation on the ground floor consist of two large en-suite double bedrooms. The spacious lounge has a log burning fire, sky free view TV and Hotbird international TV plus video with a selection of films, and a DVD system with CD. Steps lead up from the lounge to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. Kitchen facilities consist of; oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer & fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, iron & ironing board. Location: Charming detached villa situated close to Marbella golf club and neighbouring the exclusive residential urbanisation of El Rosario which lies between Fuengirola and Marbella, being only some 4km from Marbella centre. The villa is approximately 30 years old and set in its own grounds with a private swimming pool and with gardens laid out in lawns and sub-tropical plants and fruit trees.

Bosquemar El Rosario is a very peaceful and relaxing location with all amenities close at hand. There is a comprehensively-stocked supermarket within the urbanisation together with the El Casco tennis club with restaurant and evening entertainment. The delightful Las Chapas beach with a selection of bars and restaurants is a pleasant 10 minute walk. A frequent bus service stops at the entrance to the urbanisation, which travels both up and down the coast. Bosquemar is approximately 35 minutes from Malaga Airport and 1 hour from Gibraltar by car. Transfers and Car hire can be arranged.

Spacious, well laid out, plenty of shade and sun all day.

Very helpful owners who acted immediately to resolve any problems that arose

Can be slightly noisy from the nearby road, but in walking distance of shops and beach - so a good trade off in our opinion

We were a family group aged 7 to 75 and it suited us all, particulary as the grounds were so extensive - quiet could be had by those who wanted to snooze whilst children could play without fear of disturbing those resting

The house is really well maintained, comfortable and well equipped. The pictures on the website do not do justice to all the beautiful grounds and terrraces surrounding the property. My family and myself were very impressed not only by the property but also by the owners who were very helpful and friendly. The property is well situated for many types of holiday from relaxing to sightseeing, being so close to the main roads and motorway, access to many places was easy. All amenities were close by and a really useful supermarket down the road meant you didn't need to go to the large hypermarket near Marbella. I certainly would reccomend this property.

First Class!

Just back from a 2 week stay (11th-25th July 2008). Villa is spacious and very well appointed. Great layout for our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 small children). Gardens are lovely and the pool was a godsend as the weather was very hot while we were here.

One very good restaurant within easy walking distance (Don Quixote). The local supermarket was very well stocked and there are also a couple of cafes nearby and a car rental office. Beach is about a 20 minute walk and has a few more restaurants and cafes. (Takes 30 mins coming back as it's uphill!)

We took the bus to Marbella quite a few times which was easy and cheap and takes around 15 minutes. My husband and I hired a car for one week to see a bit of the surrounding area, but a car is not really necessary if you are just looking for relaxation.

The owners are very friendy and helpful.

A beautiful villa in lovely surroundings

Have been back home a week after staying at the Villa and can't speak more highly of it. The Pool and Gardens were maintained to a high standard and the Villa was much larger than we thought. There was everything we needed at the Villa, in fact we felt the photographs did not do it justice as you did not appreciate how big the garden and surroundings were. There was a large supermarket about 10 minute walk away where we were able to buy all we needed for the week. There is a bus service 5 min. walk from villa where you can get the bus to Central Marbella for just over a Euro. From there you can then get a bus to Puerto Banus for the same price. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in both these places. We would recommend The Red Pepper in Puerto Banus. The Villa is also a 15 minute walk from the Beach which was lovely and sandy and had bars and restaurants. There were 10 of us staying at villa of mixed ages from 5 years to 20 years to 40+ years and there was something for all of us. The owners were very friendly and were contactable by phone if we needed them. We would definitely recommend this Villa and would like to rent it again in the future.
