4 Bed, 3 Bath, Sleeps up 8 people

Newly built in 04, our home is in a fantastic location in a quiet residential community but only 10 minutes drive from the main gates of Disney World. We are within walking distance of 7 restaurants, a 24 hour supermarket and medical centre.

Accommodation comprises, Master en-suite bedroom, Queen en-suite bedroom and two large twin bedrooms sharing a third fully equipped bathroom. Relax in a large tastefully decorated sitting room and dine either formally in the Dining Room or informally in the breakfast nook of our fully fitted kitchen. All of which are fully air-conditioned.

Build up your tan and have lots of fun in our pool and spa are which is fully screened and comes complete with recliners and loungers.

Our two car garage hosts the washing machine and tumble dryer. and GAMES ROOM with pool table, foosball table, darts and basketball Linen, towels etc are supplied and our home is managed by a local company who will help you settle in and deal with any queries you may have.

In the spring of 2007, we converted our garage into a Games Room. The facilities include a full size Pool Table, Foosball Machine, Indoor Basketball and Electronic Darts - for those days when it is too hot (!), you cannot face the Parks or even more Shopping !!

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Indian Creek, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Please note rental covering Easter and Christmas/New Year periods are charged at £600 ($1000) per week.
  • Pool Heating if required is charged at an additional rate of approximately £90 ($150) per week. 2008 prices will be similar to 2007.
  • Terms and Conditions -
    Your booking :
    After making a reservation you must complete the booking form, duly signed by the first named person in the party. The party leader must be over 18 years of age and authorised by all members of the party listed to accept the conditions of booking on their behalf. Once the booking form is received the booking will be confirmed in writing. Please check the booking dates and other details carefully to ensure they are correct notifying any changes immediately.

    Due to State fire regulations the maximum capacity of the villa must not be exceeded. After you have received the confirmation we have a binding contract, all matters arising from it are governed by Scottish law.

    Villa occupancy -
    The villa is available for your occupancy at 4pm on the first day of your confirmed rental period. You are expected to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day of your confirmed rental period.
    Payment -
    A £200 ($300) per week deposit is required on booking.

Very beautiful home, nicely furnished. Fantastic pool and spa, well maintained. Very close to Disney, restaurants, and grocery/liquor store! Great location, easy to get to all the theme parks as it's location is so close. Nice and quiet area, patrolled by the local police....we felt very safe!

I would recommend this property to anyone planning on vacationing in the Orlando area. Whether you have kids or if it is just all adults, it is the perfect house! You can eat all your meals in, do all your laundry and lounge around the pool in comfort.

The shopping in Orlando is fantastic! The outlets and the malls have great deals and everyone is so friendly! The theme parks are a must for anyone who has not visited them.

If and when I return to Florida for a vacation, I would rent this home again. It is very affordable as well. I wish it was my house!
