A delightful country villa with three bedroom (1double, 2 twin) all with air-conditioning, villa situated on a quiet lane, outside the village of Dolores with the use of your own private pool. Beaches are only 15 minutes drive. Restaurants and bars in the village and also in the nearby town of Almoradi. Easy access to Autopista, 30 minutes from Alicante airport and 35 minutes from Murcia airport. The property has a family bathroom with shower and small bath, there is also a en-suite with shower and bidet. Good sized lounge/ dining room, there is also a neya (a covered terrace for entertaining) outside with a barbeque, ceiling fan and lighting. All the rooms have ceiling fans. Digital TV with all home channels and more, video player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Large patio outside and also terrace around the pool.

Villa set in the outskirts of a traditional Spanish town. Dolores offers a good choice of restaurants, bars and cafes, offering local or international cuisine. Dolores is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Dolores offers restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Local market on Friday mornings. Daily fruit/veg and meat market from local farmers. Traditional Spanish town. Almoradi offers more choice of restaurants and bigger supermarkets. La Marina urbanisation offers restaurants, bars and good supermarket if you need English food eg. good bacon and sausages.
