Our free-standing 5-star holiday home is on a 600 sq m site in a bungalow park. The 18 square meter terrace with wind protection, awning, garden furniture, chairs & BBQ is facing south with a wonderful view of the garden. The house consists of a combined 28 m² large living & dining area with fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, 94cm, stereo with CD player, VCR & DVD player, a modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge , separate freezer, microwave, and a full kitchen: coffee-machine, toaster, tea maker, kettle, egg cooker, juicer, dishes, pots & pans, a bedroom with twin beds, a second bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with circular shower & WC; a guest toilet. All rooms have thermostatically controlled radiators. Travel cot and high chair, books and games are available.

Notes

  • The weekly prices include: Living from Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 10:00 clock clock, including the costs of heating, electricity, gas, sewage. The tax will be charged at € 1.50 per day per person.
    The final cleaning costs € 40 by the Administrator and will be deducted from the check to be deposited in the deposit of 50 €.
    For 1 pet we charge 15 € per week.
    Bring towels and bath towels for you please (rental fee).
    Travel cot with bedding and high chair are free.
  • Ironing board and iron are in the house.
    Washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry next to the reception
    (Fee).
    1 parking space per house on the Community's car park (parking lot # 25 for building 25)
  • For children, there are several small playgrounds with play equipment, in addition, our 600 sqm plot enough space to play.
