Ayti Estate 3 Bedroom sleeps 6 people 5 star accommodation

The luxurious Ayti estate is beautifully located on a mountainside with great panoramic views of the Aegean Sea with the Greek islands Kos and Kalymnos in the horizon. You’ll experience a fairytale sunset, and after nightfall the lights from the surrounding islands and estates shine as glowing pearls in the dark starlit night.

The house sleeps 6 people and has been luxuriously decorated and fitted with air conditioning.

Please see the images of the Ayti Estate below. The house has access to a large communal swimming pool. However, the house has also a separate pool, which can be rented at an extra cost of 270€ per week.

200 metres to beach with opportunities of various kinds of water sports and restaurants.

3 km. to Gümüslük, known for its many nice restaurants situated in a beautiful cove.

40 km. to Milas Airport

Golf: If you want to play golf there is a pay and play in Ortakent but if you are more serious then try Vita Park Golf Resort. this is near Tuzla and Milas airport. We can organize a trip for you and let you spend the day playing on one of the best golf resorts in turkey.
