Creole house, close to the national park of Guadeloupe, 5min from the Cousteau sanctuary. Holidays in a green landscape where you will have a warm welcome. You should enjoy our "ti-punch" or our delicious planter around the swimming pool or lounge in a hammock. Pointe-Noire is in the Caribbean beach which has conserved an exceptional heritage: traditional cultures, coffee, cocoa, vanilla,...wood artisans etc. To visit: - Cousteau sanctuary with its vessels with glass at the bottom and its diving club - wood house where they will tell you the story of the Creole furniture - the orchid park - the botanical garden of Deshaies (ex Coluche property) - the Acomat jump and more... - the zoological park of Mamelles - ramble in the heart of the tropical forest. Your stay a la carte, where, if you wish, Amelie will enjoy preparing you an authentic Creole kitchen.

  • Its rates are per person and per week. Additional nights are available with indicated rates for the night. Minimum stay of one week and 4 sleeps minimum. If you are less or if your stay is shorter, a minimum rate is calculated based on a stay for 4 sleeps during one week. A security deposit will be paid upon arrival, deposit refunded after the inventory and report of state of repair if there are no damages or within 2 weeks otherwise. Amelie's services cost extra for 240 Euros for 4 hours per day except days off. She cleans and can cook one meal per day (ingredients provided by tenants with advices).
  • You can decide upon the day of arrival. Check-in and check-out are free if there is no overlapping of stay. If there is another arrival during you departure date or viceversa, the check-out will be at 10 AM maximum and the check-in at 6 PM minimum.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR300.00

  • Rooms have mosquito nets. Don't bring anti-mostiquos diffuser, you will find them here. Just bring refills. 2 rooms with 140 beds in the ground floor and upstairs, 2 rooms with 90 beds and one with a 140 bed as well as a living with a sofa-bed. Pillows are 90 degrees washable. Each room is well ventilated with fans.
