  After 15 days 40%.
  After 10 days 60%.
  After 5 days 80%.

  Respectively before the booked day of arrival.
  
  All prices already include the legal sales tax for nights amounting to 7%.
• The price for final cleaning and linens is 70.00 EUR.
• Notes for arrival and departure:
  On the day of arrival, the apartment can be used starting at 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left before 11:00 AM. Special agreements are possible in exceptional cases (if applicable, for a fee).
  
  Please observe:
  For late arrivals after 9:00 PM, a fee of 25.00 EUR for night arrivals after 11:00 PM 40.00 EUR.
