  • All prices plus a one-time consumption and administrative fee of 15 €. This includes all costs such as electricity, water and gas consumption in the amount of a normal household average are included. The normal household average consumption costs beyond the end of the stay will be charged separately. Pets (2.50 € / day), Cots (2.50 € / day) and high chairs (1.80 € / day) are also calculated separately. Linen (including weekly change), final cleaning and weekly pool cleaning are included in the rent prices. Requested on the spot a fully refundable security deposit of € 250 is to be deposited in cash.
  • Rental by the week from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 1 week, July / August 2 weeks (on request at no additional cost besides the fixed arrival and departure dates, shorter length of stay for appropriate loss sharing).
